My vigorous morning schedule:
1. 04:00...Turn on the news and listen in bed with eyes half-open.
2. 04:30...Sit outside with a cup of coffee.
3. Morning constitutional part 1.
4. 05:00...Fifteen minute walk to nearby park which opens at 05:00.
5. Exercise one hour.
6. 06:30...Return home for morning constitutional Part 2 and shower.
7. 07:00...Eat breakfast and get on with my day.....
