Student visa, is for students doing actual studies

O visa is vor long staying tourists

B visa for business people only

And none of the visas are to inflikt on the other visa areas, each one has it designated purpose, step outside and you will be facing problems.

There is no forgivness in Thailand if you break the law, as go for stealing, destroying property, drug offenses, fighting, accidents or murder. They all face harder punishment than you will ever expect and the´rest of us expats have to read about it in the news every day and say what did we tell that guy!

The day they catch you, there is only regrets and shame to face.

It is a waste of talant and life it self.

If your original student visa has expired you may only be in thailand as a turist, legally you cannot make further studies

That is what we have been trying to explain in short text, pay the fine at the airport on the way out from Thailand and then return with a smile, how short must clear this matter amigo

Sitting around and trying to wait out the problem will lead to greater problems

I just left another forum and got one experiance ritcher, so I must think that all your good advise must be of EVIL, you do not want thais to get ritcher and prosper on us farangs. All good advise must be of an egotriped mind. I will do it anyway inspite.

It is not an easy problem to solve, as the family wants to make a living in a country side that as nothing more to give than working with rice or sugar. In the home town some farmers have jumped on the three plantation train and now all other thai families want to copy their living as always here. So what can I tell them to make for a living instead?

I'm a farang with care for nature and it plays an important role in my life to do this. So I tell them the cons for this project and hope a good outcome!

Well people leave their nice and safe environment at their home countries and think that everything well be okay at the end of the day, mai pen rai as it is called here. There is no safety net catching people falling here.

It has nothing personal to your case, but spending one week or two in a local jail awaiting deportation to your country of origin after overstaying is not something to overlook. The embassy or school will not be of any help to pay your court cost and overpriced oneway ticket home.

I know it sucks to be pinpointed in a situation that could have been avoided if the right information was given first.

But now your situation calls for you to go home and come back with a new visa and a experiance ritcher amigo

Seems like there is alot of info on the web, that there are investing schemes being done in Thailand.

Double A paper has shown up as major investor in pulp and sawmills to produce paper.

Planting and managing Eucalyptus threes in Thailand has been going on since the 70ths, so it is not a new thing.

Thai gov is planning for 50.000 rai to be used for three plantations in the near future and local agencies are promoting for farmers to join them in these gov run plantations. Soft loans are given by Ayuthaya and Kasikorn bank.

There must be sources for independent farmers to get information and sure are farmers already in full production of three plantation.

So where to find the helpfull info?

Fast growing threes are for sure using more nutrients and water than rice crops. pros and cons are always in the talks, but where is the experince from the actual owners of the plantations?

After 3 year cut down and sell to sawmill

4000 threes at 100kg each gets 400000kg=400t

subtract cutting and transport costs should make a good profit

The rules are very clear.

You have overstayed your visa and you must return home ASAP. There is nothing anyone can do for you in this case, nor embassy or school.

Pay your overstay and leave now.

What I'm looking for is the technical information how to do the actual planting and management.

The family in BuriRam wants to start planting and growing Eucalyptus threes on their farmland, now used for rice crops. They have found a plant school ready to sell 3000 pc, 30cm plants for 80 satang per three.

Seems like they do not want to be involved in a govermental program, as the big farang is spending money for this project.

Have looked at the web to find info, but there is no technical information in english.

How to plant the threes and manage them?

Is there anyone here at this forum with any experiance in this matter?

Can they run a project like this as independant farmers?

I have also been sick in what they called allergic Bronchitis, I'm 41 years now and was healthy as stud could ever be, but here I go move to Thailand and start to be sick with Bronchitis, allergis and all other sorts of crap diagnoses.

For X-mas last year I stayed at hospital for two days for heavy breathing problems and they called it allergic Bronchitis. Made a power check up later for this and test came out negative, no allergis. I started to think about what could cause problems like this and must revert to the way people live here, look around in your environment and you can find traces of what could cause these reactions. In our home countries we know that animal droppings, fungis and molds in our houses causes health problems, but here nobody reacts for this. All houses here have water leaks from domestic water systems or rain. Water sips trough roofs, walls and floors. All kinds of lizards, mices, snakes and rats are running around in our Thai houses and leaving droppings witch gets moistered and later turns into dust. Fungis and black toxic mold leaving colored marks in ceiling and walls. As the dust gets in the air, we breath it in. A little bit of polluted air can cause severe health problems. We live quite protected at our home countries from these kind of infestments, but here they attack us at full scale and this causes us to fall. I have tried several times to get the local health authorities to look into these problems, but they disregard this. Now until I can find a home that is free of these infestments I'm cleaning my house with disinfectants and locate all droppings with a vacuum cleaner with a built in hepa filter, trap all rodents and chase away all the lizards. I have repaired the roof and repainted the exterior walls with moist protective paint. But this is what we normally do in our home countries so why do we accept different here? Future will show if I get sick again. Keep it tidy and safe around yours,

I have kids here as well and I used to get quite upset with all the people touching my kids, when I removed the kids gold peices, the touching by strangers reduced to half emmidiatly. Now there are only those left whom genuily like our kids or those who think they are so cute they want to make them cry. The last ones are the most presistance and very hard to get rid off, people I have no respect for at all, just plane idiots. Thai culture or not, "man kiao" is not needed.
