Have I looked at a cement bag? Yes, more than a few, but never one with a formula for faux rocks.

I took my friend to MY ear doctor(professor)

she  checked his ears, nose, throat , she smiled and Told me to take my friend to a dentist and came back next week.

He had 2 loose teeth and swollen gums. Dentists gave him antibiotics, some free blue mouthwash and free soft toothbrush

Not a Tinnitus. Luck man 

My floor is 280(cement/, walls are 240 and fat rebar. I went to many old builder's construction sites and i have not heard any complains.

My friend sent me video, told me to stop dreaming and do it. Well i have two left hands and, I am not good with tools 

I did get 3 price quotation. One from Thai builder and two from expats pool professional builders. The price was not very reasonable and it took all of them from 8 to 14 days to deliver plan and Very Simple BOQ. Yes, due to corona virus they are very busy constructing very expensive pools.

You don't need to use EDGE other than let it open PDF files for you. Totally unnecessary to install a huge, bloated program for a single task that can be replicated by a Browser.

Standard colour range: grey or white. If you want to keep it grey, you may not need coats of paint or sealer. Although they may  slow down the turning green a bit.

 

PS: Render like this is normally put on with a trowel. But you can use a roller if you add a little bit more water and moisten the surface. The joints will still be visible if you do it like this.

I can scrub/clean and I can do "cement-based skim render applied with a roller". It it possible to apply some clear coat or a sealer to have gray cement look.

Do you even need speakers?  Headphones might be a viable option and if one ear bad adjustable volume control on it?  I have never used a computer speaker but understand if using for projection of video you might want.  Sorry not more helpful but not much experience with either item.

Thanks, I like Headphones option with adjustable volume control on it. Have to search and try at the shop. Now I just use Standard Samsung phone and tablet headphones. 

i Just hope headphones will mask ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน (phu yai ban)  annoying daily announcements.
