I try to do my notification of stay via my agent and for some reaosn, he/she is not available.
I'm suppose to have this done on december 17 - but i'm not sure i can make it today.
I saw it's possible to notify a week later the end of the 90 days but i'm not sure to clealy understand the rule.

after submission I received an e-mail containing a PDF file with a filled in TM47, following day received another e-mail with a PDF containing my receipt, it's this part you need to print off to keep in your passport.
Thank you so much. So now, i got nothing to do right ? Just wait their email with a receipt, correct ?
Thanks

Hi everyone,
I just did my 90 days report online for the first time.
So i fill what need to be fill and send the application.
All went well apparently.
I received an confirmation email back with a TM47 inside filed already except the TM6 and the visa type.
Surprise because the application itself didn't have the TM6 option as well as visa type box.
What should i do with it?
Do i need to print it out and send it to immigration or all is ok for now ?
Thanks.

Yes it's true but i need to be in France - stay in France and live in France. That's not what i wanna do, either my gf. She has a farm here, she is happy with it.
I wonder how people in Ko Phangan does , some are there for other 2-3 years on tourist visa..The covid situation my make it easier but still. Im gone look but going back France, noway..QR CODE, sanitary pass , and it's pfzeir product that gave me the health issue.
See also if border countries reopen..

Thank you...So it's fully possible to run a tourist visa here "endlessly" if you have a thai wife ? But for get a one time extension per year, you need 400k or/and proof of income no less than 40K, correct ?

@fishtank
Thank you for your reply. How to you plan then to stay long term based on getting married to a thai lady? For last year, i had a NON B visa for give me myself time to see how i can handle y disease. I'm not gone pay this amount each year, it's insane. So, do a tourist visa and a visit to immigration every 3 months + fees could be acceptable ?
Thank you

Hi all,
I come here and ask probably a taught question.
I got a disability - side effect from past treatment that literally ruin the nerves my legs ( neuropathy and fibromalgia ). I from France, and i don't have any support from my government for this.
My parents help me once a year and i usually doing Forex trading as a way to sustain myself. I don't earn much but that's ok for now.
The important part is here, i found herbal remedies as well as diet and different spices that help me feel not only better but also start to recover. And i also have a wonferful girlfriend since 2 years, she is my age ( im 45) , who support my healing and encourage me daily. So definitly, this is the 2 things i don't want to loose, and we are looking to get married together ( love is here, not s scam stuff ) and see if i could stay here or not.
I don't have the 400k on the bank for make "marriage visa" and i don't earn 40k per month doing trading. Actually, i don't see lot of foreigner earning more than 25-30k per month here..
So, i got a visa here for until next February, i'm not in a rush. I just come and ask a question here, if there's a way for making this happen.. I remember i saw a person in Buriram immigration who told me they get married, didn't have the 400k or 40k per month and figure out to stay on tourist visa for quiet some times ..Don't know if this is possible. If anyone here can suggest some ideas, i'll take it.
Thank you very much and stay safe all.
Jeffrey.

Hi,
I was looking place for making a sak yant by monk using stainless needle if possible. I'm in sakon nakon region but can go out all the way to Nong khai and Udon Thani.
I avoid crowed places like wat bang phra or any tour company who specialize now in package sak yant + tour + ....and billing a lot of money.
I'm looking something quiet authentic and a nice experience along with it. If any one has suggestion here, i'll be grate full.
Thank you so much.
Jeff.

HI all,
I have a question , it's a business and visa question so i ask it right here and hopefully it's right place.
My Thai girlfriend and i would like to get married and also open a business together. I'm a digital nomad , web developer and i'm kind of lost with the requirement necessary for such project , more about how to get a work permit knowing that i can handle the job myself, it's online so basically no office ( the principle of nomad ) and does not required me to hire Thai people (though i know i need to hire some but the job is handle by myself ).
I'm aware about tax that must paid but does that worth the try?
I saw and old post here ( 2016 i guess ) that basically said if my girl go for a sole proprietor it could eventually make possible for a WP permit for me. But we are in 2019.
Anyone have clue about this? Any advice welcome and if it sound too complicated, let me know...
Cheers to all.

Hi everyone,
I intend to return to Thailand end November and would love to spend, if possible, the next 12 months.
I hold a french passport, all new one , no stamps and my last stay in Thailand was a bet more than a year ago.
So my question is how many entries maximum i can have with tourist visa withtin 12 months? Can i spend a year there (with exit the country every 3 months) or do i have to look after another type of visa after one double entry ( that i could probably do at Ventiane as i intend to spend a week or 2 in Laos before entering Thailand.
Monaco consulate ask way to much documents now ( letter from employer , large saving account,etc.... ) and as i quit my job, that might be a bit harder.
I stress the fact that I do not intend to go to work legally/illegally or go to learning thai school. I have post trauma issue that required a bet of rest and thai relatives , owner of holistic clinic there, propose me some help so..
Much appreciate if you guys have way to do that.
Thank you all for your time and have an a great day.
