  1. The answer is in my post, you just need to read it.
  2. I don't see why you would need a paper from the police just because your license expired. Ask the people at the DLT what they want.
  3. 2 weeks ago there was also double pfizer for all foreigners, but I guess you lived under a rock and missed this.
  4. https://www.facebook.com/covid.int.cm
  5. Bkk has free wifi Your wife could also just turn on her internet for a few minutes, costs 1 or 2THB or so per minute without a package. Or she could just take a screenshot of the app and show this. Or she could carry her paper certificate. I really don't see a problem.
  6. Just look for a shop with a sign outside with this word on it: ป้าย (=Sign / usually they write ทำป้าย = make sign) They are usually easily found once you know what to look for and should be able to do this for you.
  7. No guessing and no arguing, the law (which somebody posted above) is clear: Motorcycle means a vehicle that is driven by an engine power or electric or other power and has not more than two wheels and, if attached by a side-car, has not more than an additional wheel.
  8. Yes if it doesn't have license plate, insurance etc., because a vehicle with two wheels (optional sidecar with third wheel) and a motor or engine is classed as motorcycle under Thai law. A bicycle doesn't have a motor or engine, thus it's not a motorcycle.
  9. A motorcycle without registration, license plate and insurance. The small electric bikes don't have these things. There is also no exemption in the law for them.
  10. No you don't, because it's illegal to ride on the road anyway.
  11. 1. Any time, but you might have to try a few banks/branches, because some are reluctant. I recommend krungsri. 2. You won't get a credit card if you don't work in Thailand, but you can get a debit card. 3. Either 4. No
  12. If you don't do anything at immigration the lack of a TM30 is no problem. So if you move to another place before attending immigration anyway, you don't have to worry about it now.
  13. Do you plan to apply for an extension or do a 90 day report while you stay at this condo?
  14. Would obviously depend on who is at fault. The aircon that came with the condo suddenly catches fire due to some shortage? Owner's fault. The condo above has a water leak and floods your condo, would be the fault of the guy above, your condo's owner's problem (he would have to get reimbursed by the owner of the unit causing the water damage), but definitely not your fault. If you forget to turn off the cooktop and this starts a fire, then your fault.
  15. With a marriage or retirement visa you aren't "living" here according to Thai law, you are a "temporary visitor". But that's not even relevant here. What the popup obviously means is that this insurance is only people coming into Thailand from abroad. If you are now in Thailand, purchase the insurance and catch covid in Thailand, without having travelled abroad, they would not pay. You are supposed to purchase this insurance when abroad.
  16. It doesn't matter which kind of visa you use (despite the required length of insurance), if you don't have any other insurance that would be applicable you can get one here: https://covid19.tgia.org/
  17. Why would the workers at the embassy know? They have nothing to do with it, that's up to the health authorities in Thailand. You will be put into quarantine, where depends on hospital capacities and severity of symptoms. You will be put there at least until you test negative.
  18. By law you are required to do 90 day reporting. Some immigration offices don't want them from people who are getting covid extensions, but afaik there is no official exemption, so if they tell you to do it they are just acting in accordance with the law.
  19. I don't know how the TM30 looks internally, but I would assume that it's a simple table/database, somehow like this, listing all the report dates and addresses. 02.06.2020 - House 123 moo 4, tambon, jangwat... 15.09.2020 - Hotel XY, tambon, jangwat... 10.02.2021 - Friends condo ABC... (assuming the friend did the report ;)) 18.05.2021 - Hotel QWE... Upon return to his House there is no requirement to submit a new TM30 (since they changed it last year), so the last entry in this table/database might of course not be the current address (making the whole TM30 system a bit senseless, but immigration came up with this change, so that's their problem...) Because it's not required to submit a TM30 after returning to the "old" address, the IO processing the 90 day reports should accept it for any address found in the TM30 database, no matter if it's the latest or an older entry. In OP's case the IO doesn't seem to know this, he thinks it has to be the latest address, and thus wrongfully rejects the 90 day report.
  20. The hotel did the TM30 as usual. But a TM30 isn't required if you return to the same address, this was changed last year. The IO who processes OP's 90 day report might not be aware of this change.
  21. Does your paper have a QR code on it?
  22. Don't you get a vaccine certificate with a QR code at Bage Sue?
