Does anybody have a re-entry permit form or a link where I can download one from? I can't seem to find it on the Immigration website.

So would my best option be to leave Thailand in August without a re-entry permit effectively canceling my extension of stay on that date and just return in November on a Visa exempt entry?

Hi,
I have a Multiple-Entry Non-Immigrant Visa-O based on marriage which expires in November but I'm planning on moving back to the UK in June.
I need to make a couple of short trips back to Thailand in August and unfortunately in November after my extension of stay expires, I was thinking of getting a re-entry permit then I can come over in August but I'm not sure about my trip in November.
Will I have any problems flying over in November on a visa exempt 30 days if I have funds with me and a return flight ticket within the 30 day period? Or is there a better option?
Cheers

Yeah the last time I went to collect mine at Chang Watthana they asked to see my bank book which I didn't have with me. So they just asked that I get a photocopy of an ATM receipt from the account which was a then few thousand below 400k but they were fine with it.

Thanks for both your help. I'll head over to the immigration Bureau and see how it goes.
Thanks again.

Hi ubonjoe,
Thanks for the quick reply.
So you're saying I am able to apply for a 60 day extension to my current education visa at the Immigration Bureau 1 in bangkok for visiting my wife. Then apply for a year extension at the end of that once I've had the 400k in my bank for 2 months.
What documents do i need for the 60 day extension?
Cheers

Hi,
I was hoping someone with a little bit more knowledge could help me out.
My current Non-Immigrant education visa expires on the 3rd of October and I'm looking to get a new visa to stay for another year. I'm getting married to a Thai national and I'll have my marriage certificate by the 30th of september. I've got 400,000 baht in a Thai bank but only since the 13th of September 2017 not the two months that's required for a Non-Immigrant Visa - O based on spouse. I based in bangkok and from the UK.
What are my options? Can I apply for a short term extension of stay until my money has been in the bank account for 2 months at the immigration bureau 1 bangkok? then apply for a year long extension based on having money in a Thai bank?
Or should I head over to Savannakhet, Laos and apply there without proof of funds?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Just a heads up regarding the re-entry permit. Book it online. I went today with an appointment between 10:30 and 11:00. Arrived 10:25 went to the desk and was seen straight away and had my passport back by 10:35. I can't believe how quick it was.
