  1. We're also having the same problem and did …the inseminations and then on to IVF thing …..a few times without much success, so we gave it all up after nearly $30000 out of pocket expenses! and got tired from too many shakings. We did our at the fertility clinic, University of Washington Medical Center - Seattle.

I also have heard about the Pacific fertility clinic in San Francisco supposes to be good, but never tried them out because it's too far for us to travel. Since we will be relocating to thailand in a few months (waiting for the sale of our home) for at least 5 yrs, we might try at Bumrungrad hospital, I think they have the egg donor program - according to their website.

We have been married for 20 yrs (she's thai - 41 yrs old, I'm 43), and I think she might be getting too old for this, so we might try for an adoption also while in thailand as other option. Once we get there, hopefully by this September, we will post our experiences in dealing with either option.

    Sigh!! this is life! :o

But anyhow….best of luck to you and mrs.

Thank you for the advice. We did IVF at center of reproductive in beverly hills. We spend $8900 IVF +$4800 for medicine+$$$ for pre-check up.We will to get a equity line for do it one more time.. I agree with you , Life takes too many turns.. I keep my finger cross

  2. I know that bangkok have a lot of infertility hospitals and clinic . But I would like to know do they have egg donor service ? What hospitals have good reputation for these. We just did IVF in Los angeles but not success. Acttualy we have plan to move to thailand but these things come up we can't afford to go to thailand yet until we sure to do this at Thailand. Thank you in advance for every answers

  3. Drop me a PM if you want the CD (no charge, well maybe you can buy me a beer).

thank you for the offer .. i like to catching up with you someday (my neighbor-i guess you live not too far from me ) but right now i still work my axx off in US. .. . . so i have to take a rain check this time .. next time in los i will bring 6 packs..

  4. i don't think thais are poor. Once they have a house with 30 years loan , it's hard to find thai homeowners pull equity for paint, remodeling bath&kicthen or any home improvements. they try to payoff the loan as fast as they can.

(unlike,my parents in law , they got equity line to build $50,000 swimming pool how stupid was that while they still have 19 years to go and now they are 58 and thinking about reverse mortgage ) .

Most of thais that i know , they have land from their parents they just ask the loan for build the house on that land. If nothing goes wrong they can have 2-3 house in their life time and pass it to their kids.

  5. we still live in u.s and when we have to move ,these two dogs we will take them with us to thailand too . post-28330-1147117013_thumb.jpgwe go back and forth cause the business and also take care the house( in progress) post-28330-1147117714_thumb.jpg thank you .... post-28330-1147117940_thumb.jpg their favorit spot cause everytimes dad open the fridge they get some........hope i will see everyone 's pet and stories too

  6. They were together in the House.

    Just the two of them.

It was a cold, dark, stormy night. The storm had come quickly

    and

each time the thunder boomed he watched her jump.

She looked across the room and admired his strong appearance...and

wished that he would take her in his arms, comfort her and protect her

    from the storm.

She wanted that...more than anything .

Suddenly, with a pop, the power went out... She screamed...

He raced to the sofa where she was cowering.

He didn't hesitate to pull her into his arms.

He knew this was a forbidden union and

    expected her to pull back.

He was surprised when she didn't resist but instead clung to him.

The storm raged on...as did their growing passion. And

there came a moment when each knew that they had to be together.

    They knew it was wrong...

Their families would never understand... So consumed were

they in their passion that they heard no opening

of doors...just the faint click of a camera.....

  7. Through thai relation, we bought our land and build the house ( no financing involved) for our life security. In case we can't afford house payment in US.And i don't want to end up like my parents in law , they bought their brand new house in 1986, 5 bedroom but only 2 bath (wierd)2900sqf. all four kids help out with $6-700 each specially the oldest dauther and second dauther with her husband live there .now she 43 single with 2 jobs all her life , she take care for everythings. my husband (youngest son) and his brother ,we moved out from that house almost 12-13 years ago to buy our own place but we always help out them. we bought our home build in 1951 3 bed 2 bath, we add one bed and bath (no permit) and rent all 3 bedroom for students. In 1994 my parents in law refinace cash out to remodel the house from northridge earthquake' results. so they back into 30 years mortgage again. Last year second dauther got a baby and they want swimmng pool for all the kids. they cashed out equity for build it. I can't believe some people will do that if they still can't afford their own payment. We didn't know at that time that they building the pool. If they still keep refi and cash out they will never pay off their house. And i have to go through that rent the room out just for cover our expense.while they enjoy cashing out. After my husband found out about swimming pool he agrees with me to buy land and build house ( even it will be small and far from city ) in thailand for our retirement or safe nest. And i think it's so stupid having swimming pool that have to heat it up everytime for 8-10hours before and play for 2-3 hours specially you r not that rich. Sorry off topic , i just want to release my stress out

  8. Using free plan is ok, especially they're from the local government or proven to be adequate.

The only thing you have to worry is making sure that the right design of the foundation and footing sizes are right for the soil in your location. Do they need to be bigger, wider, or deeper? Only the experienced architects or engineers can answer these.

My understanding ,(which is still confusing me)my builder said they gonna press all 12 main poles deep down as much as possible and he will build the house on them (not on the ground and my house will float) :o:D He said thailand soil is not stable . They showed me couple houses that they builded this way , i see it sit on land too .They insisted that it was not like that before. But in the back of my head i really don't know they will do. please someone give me advise thank you
