Surgical  telescopes   are a  real thing. But I think in translation maybe the  wrong word was  used for endoscope in this procedure.

Actually, the word you want is laparoscope. It is the technical term for what is also known as keyhole surgery. Been in use since 1910 on animals and humans for decades. Endoscopy is very similar, though.

EDIT: Kudos to the doctors. ????

Replacement is yearly except for RO itself which will last at least several years in normal home use.  Should be less than 1,000 baht.  Some replace first filter more often if much dirt in water but it is very cheap as just a basic filter.

Seems expensive compared to buying bottled water. We pay 25 baht for a 20-liter bottle, delivered, 2 people and 3 cats, lots of home cooking. We go through approximately 40 bottles/year, 50 at the most.

  3. There should be no discrimination whatsoever vis-a-vis marriage. Any people of legal age, and their sex or number of people doesn't matter, who want to be legally bonded in a marriage, should be allowed to do so, with all of the attendant rights and privileges inherent in such an arrangement. This is a no-brainer. ????

Above said many or us much prefer RO water (as you would buy) and systems to provide in home are available for about 3,000 baht so if using for more than one person may make sense having.  I have used for a number of years now.

How much are you paying for replacement filters/membranes and how often, referring to RO?

  5. I've got one of those trolls following my posts around, always posting confused emoticons. I always assumed it was because he was an idiot who couldn't understand what I was posting, hence his confusion. ????

Bear in mind the time that movie was made, the "blaxpoitation" thing was just taking off and Hollywood was looking to cash in.  I can't think of L&LD without remembering the Mad magazine take on it.  I just saw Watermelon Man again recently, some good irony and some silly humor, but no happy ending.  Some other movies I can think of that set the pace, before the 1970s trash movies came along (like Blackula) are Cotton Comes to Harlem, Superfly, and Shaft, all made by black directors.

Eddie Murphy recently put out a movie about a guy who made such movies Dolemite Is My Name , haven't seen it myself.

Just watched Man With The Golden Gun, filmed mostly in Thailand, full of racism (Thais are 'pointy heads' among other things), though it was beautiful seeing Thailand the way it was 50 years ago. ????

Maybe if they reopen the schools, the kids will learn enough to take their own SAT exams instead of paying someone (Joe Shapiro) to do it like Trump did, according to his niece, Mary. ???? That's assuming that they don't die, of course. Trump likes to compare himself to Lincoln. I agree, they do have something in common. They're both responsible for the deliberate killing of more Americans than any other presidents, each in their own way and for their own reasons, Lincoln to preserve the Republic, Trump to preserve himself. ????
