At private hospitals, probably at least a hospital fee. I doubt a doctor visit will be involved.
At public hospitals no. And you will not need to see a doctor first. They are planning to innoculate huge numbers each day, will set up a special place for it and will need to move people through swiftly.
Well THAI VISA posted that up a few days ago in a report somewhere that foreigners would get it free but with a doctor and admin fee. TV isnt fake news right though?

This is good to know because, being an avid reader of T-V, I was convinced Thai officialdom had it in for expats/foreigners, and would use the pandemic to deny them vaccines and thus rid Thailand of these dirty unwanted vermin. Or if offered a vaccine, the "foreigner" price would be a baht of gold, while the Thai price was free.
Surely the Thais would be GIVEN a baht of gold free as well?

Bang on, which the UK has clearly noted by treating ANYONE legal or illegal free with the vaccine AND any treatment thereafter related to covid https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-55978334

UK treats all people the same whether illegal or legal immigrants all get it FREE

Yet only 3 days ago I read it would be free.............but, there would be an admin and doctors fee.

Yes many hardworking Thais enjoyed their ONE week off per year...some even had the temerity to travel to visit family and friends. I think it's a little too easy for comfortable working and retired expats to blame the Thais...and it's the Thais who are paying for it. (I don't recall seeing any foreign nationals among the dead...there may be a few but not many.)
Many of us flangs worked hard for 40+ years and I havent seen my 93 year old Mother for 2 years now due to covid............Surely Thailand has SKype, Line, whats app ( sarcasm on) Doesn't stop me speaking to my Mother daily.'

Yes, Must look good when doing bugga all all day.
Reminds me of my Wife's recent trip to a Thai courthouse to enquire about a theft case she's involved with, instead of helping her they reprimanded her for the dress she was wearing and were not interested in helping her trying to retrieve over 100k baht for her customer. Pathetic, the whole charade of appearance over substance.

To conflate means to merge two or more sets of information into one. Gov't, pandemic, songkran, rapid rise in numbers of infections, serious and critical patients, hospital bed shortages and deaths. Who is responsible? The Govt.
Ultimately the responsibility lies with each and every Thai person not to have travelled during Songkran, its not like they didnt know.

I think Rob is writing a telenovela.
He has a very wealthy Thai lady friend. She is asset rich but cash poor (for the moment).
She has borrowed from banks and friends and family;
Now, she remembers her good mate Rob and asks for a small 2 Million contribution.
Rob thinks that it is the opportunity of a life-time to get his hands on a nice property for cheap or at least a good return on his investment.
Rob wants to take a lease in his name but is scared to get shot.
Solution: lease will be in his brother's name.
Rob, I would sell this story to a film producer and get the royalties.
Nonsense, you will at least need to have a deep cave on that property to make it even mildly interesting.

Get Wife to tell them you had to travel to somewhere far away with no communication and avoid answering, Thai style, she can lay on the "she feels for them at this moment drivel".
