G'day Ginkas, I'm not sure where he lives, but usually come over to our house in San Patong on Saturday evening. Not be only commanders, although that is a good place to start. All police officers and they must submit bank account details annually. Sure they could launder their ill gotten gains, but chuck a few in jail for five years and I think you'll see a marked drop in demanding 'tea money '!
