I have seen a video taken of them playing around. Not CCTV, but taken by someone who also thought it was funny to watch.

The only person who would have felt any pain was Ben. And he was seeing the funny side of it as was everyone else. 

The "choking until she was blue" was fabricated as an excuse by the American. 

Jaa admits it herself. Go and ask her, go to Ruby bar, look for the girl with the tattooed face and simply ask her, dont make up krap.

Wow, there are some normal people on this forum.

Above I have posted the police report, that was given to me the day it happened, but since you requested more, here you go.

I have posted the original claim that Jose was out, with a photo, the police reports, what the people in the bar told me, what Jim said happened, what the Thai autopsy didnt reveal and what the Australian coroner said.

Everytime I post people want to turn it into an argument.it is water off a ducks back for me

All the other clowns who called me a liar, buffoon etc all together came up with a single facebook photo and repeated what they read in foreign newspapers, by reporters that are not even here, so actually just copied unsubstantiated rumors from the internet. 

Here is the police statement if anyone is interested in actual real news.

No the police are not releasing the CCTV to anybody. You will never see it.

And the attacker is NOT in police custody.

Many people saw him in Jomtien yesterday.

They are claiming in this story that they are waiting for the autopsy.

The funeral has already taken place. It might be hard.

The Thai autopsy listed the cause of death as "heart and lung failure"

The Aussie coroner insisted on taking a look themselves. From what I am told Benn had a fractured eye socket, probably from a punch. Cause of death was hitting a hard surface. There was no evidence of the head stomping that was claimed and repeated endlessly by posters on this site.

I would also like to add that I know that Benn and Jaa were just fooling around. 

Hero Jose is an aggressive thug.

As far as fame, I have seen that you jump on first with every story on this forum. It is not my thing at all, arguing with people who may or not be real.

Well, I knew Ben. I didnt want to reveal that before, as I dont know his family, so didnt want to end up being a spokeman for him. They are shattered.

Last friday another of his friends that i know was horrified that he had just seen Jose out free, in Jomtien with his girlfriend from Hooters. We informed the press and the next day i thought it would be good to join up here to let everyone know.

Now if the Darksde Dog is telling the truth, I can only hope that it was just a case of them letting him out for the afternoon to spend a bit of time with his Hooter girlfriend. 

Nice of you to defend the police Colin. Dont know where you are from, but the cops here are not all that honest, you may be a little naive I think.

Ok, you got me back for one more. The only reason I joined this forum a week ago was because some of the fake claims, when I actually knew something specific to this case.

I have no interest on posting on these sort of forums, living in Pattaya with six girlfriends I honestly have better things to do.

I took a look at your profile and other comments. It appears to me you like to argue with people.

I stand by all the facts I listed as fact. As regard what I was told by the girl, I stated that I was told that but didnt list it as a fact. I dont know why she lied/exaggerated.

 I didnt list it as a fact because Jim said he didnt see head stomping either. As soon as I knew that it didnt happen, at least as significantly as was first reported and claimed by the girl I logged in to say that I was wrong about that. I have no issues admitting when I am wrong. 

But the five things I stated as facts are all facts. There is more footage than a three second video. Fact 5 may or may not have changed due to pressure, but was fact when I posted it.  

You have been told otherwise, and I believe you believe what you read somewhere else or someone has told you. 

But it isnt true. After his little visit to immigration, Jose left with his girlfriend and went to the beach unescorted.

Those photos you got on facebook were revealing. Well done. I wouldnt have seen that, because I dont do Facebook either. I have no interest in it, and with six girlfriends I think it would be a bad idea.

I appreciate that. However I'm not at liberty to divulge any other information other than to say that he has been treated properly by the authorities and will remain in custody until at least the preliminary court appearance scheduled for next week.

So, when is this court case? Tomorrow or Friday? According to your sources that you are not at liberty to divulge?

My opinion. The attacker previously knew the girl, didnt like what he was seeing, and approached Robb to stop. Robb was rude to him, Jose "lost it" and attacked him.

I have been told by an eyewitness that Robb was stomped on when already down. I have no reason not to believe this eye witness. But the 15 times everyone is claiming as fact, may not be true because at the time nobody was counting.

In my OPINION it was not self defense, as Rob had already stopped what he was doing before he was attacked. 

And since he is already out free, and the Thai press have reported it as "self defense" and painted him as a hero for saving a Thai woman, that he wont spend any further time in custody.

 

I have read the hundreds of opinions on the other threads. That is all they are. Opinions. The above are the facts.

He is out and about in Pattaya, so be careful everybody. He has form.

I STAND CORRECTED

In the original post above I stated I had no reason not to believe the girl who told me she witnessed head stomping.

I now strongly believe that this didn't happen, or happen enough to cause death to Ben. Hitting his head on a hard surface was claimed by some and appears to be the case.

I was accused of a few things for posting what I knew. The only reason I signed up was because I knew there were a lot of falsehoods.

And I only signed up to Thaivisa and spoke out when I learned Jose was NOT in custody, and because of a slight distrust for some of the police force, I feared that something was rotten.

This will probably be my last post.

Thailand is a great country to live in, but many members whinge and whine all the time. It makes me wonder why they are even here if they can not cope?  Officialdom can be a bit of a pain, but the people are great fun generally.

If you learn the language and about "face", your time here will be a lot easier. If someone has let you down, dont show anger, but just politely cause them to lose a bit of face, but be careful who to and dont overdo it. Polite questioning usually does the trick for me.

Getting angry just you makes you look like an idiot.

And to Jose if you are reading this, I am glad to learn Ben was not killed by head stomping, but at the end of the day your aggression and stupidly cost him his life. He is dead because of what you did, maybe it bothers you, maybe not.

You do post as if you have some sort of insider information. But you have been wrong.

When I first posted on the other thread that Jose was out free you said I was lying, and that he was definitely in custody. But the photos and other witnesses proved you wrong.

So I dont know who you are getting your info from, I suspect {but dont know} that maybe you are getting your info from one of those farang tourist cops, and you believe what he tells you and that he simply believes what he is told by the real police.
