Can you imagine how many lives these Pr*k's have already ruined. Plus they targetted Australians and are Australians. My God . If Thailand decides to give them the maximum penalty, being death by firing squad. I wish to volunteer. I will fly their personally to do the job. Plus I will personally pay for the dozen bullets I need to ensure they go to hell!

Report Thailand Tightens Rules for Foreign Drivers: Tests Now Mandatory
cynic1 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
The heading of this subject highlights how out of touch the Thai Road Dept is and of course the politicions. The heading being " Thailand Tightens Rules for Foreign Drivers," How about they tighten rules on Thai drivers who contribute to, in my estimate, 99% of road deaths. Most foreign drivers do a thorough test before you get a basic licence i.e. Australian Red P Platers, Green P plate drivers then full licence. Which takes about 4 years till you get a full licence in Australia. I remember about 3-4 years ago I decided to get a full Thai licence and had an Aussie license since about 1975. What the testers gave me was two ropes and had to pull the left and right rope . Not one question about the difference between their road rules laws and Australian, I enquired as to why I have a left rope and right right. The answer was to ensue you can indicate left or right, AMAZING Thailand. -

Report Prawit Calls Urgent Meeting Over Leaked Audio of Thai, Cambodian Leaders

This antique general , who struggles to keep awake at political meetings, is the main cause of the bullsh*t the Thai people have to suffer from corrupt officials. Remember this guy. " General Prawit Wongsuwan". he belongs in prison and does not care one iota about his Thai citizens but only cares about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ -

Get a life. Weed smokers have been around, if not for hundreds of years, but maybe thousands of years. Your life span is maybe 70- 80 on average. 😇 PS I won't be visiting your grave. -
Good for you! You were lucky like me. I learnt more about them when I worked for Exon Mobil in Sydney Australia- now the biggest company in the world ( As I reported to the Directors and had a fast learning curve). In shot most people from the baby boomer era never had my job and nor the opportunity to learn about low life scammers.

I guess many Australian suckers are from the baby booma era and many are not even aware of how to use a computer let alone a mobile. They were the days when we trusted people. Now that the world and scum nations can contact you they still believe we are all honest humans. Sadly in reality now that is not the case.

Report German Drug Dealer Arrested in Major Pattaya Sting Operation

I don't often compliment the RTP but in this case,"well done". I love the good hard-working RTP unfortunately their are not enough of them! -
My wife is from Buri Ram (Isaan language) and of course I know Buri ram well. Whilst there in the capital city riding a bike and very often I pass the main school when school has finished , I see many young students depart the exit to a busy road and always there is a cop outside the exit acting like a traffic light. To allow many many kids, being single rider , double rider or in some cases three riders get access to that road. But what aggravates me is the majority of those children do not wear a helmet, let alone their age and number of passengers, yet the policeman does Nil ,Zero nothing to fine them or even tell them as a minimum do wear a helmet, not to carry so many passengers or ask how far are they going. Yet whilst there in the capital, especially in the mornings I ride through a main road to get to my Thai wife’s village and every time they pull me over for not wearing a helmet. Yet other Thai riders are ignored. In short I disagree with your response.

They must of sold that BMW that was full of gismos to detect over stayers. That was a waste of money and I think this will be too. Use the money to put toilets on Beach road instead. Which reminds me whatever happened to that Mayor idea of having a mobile dunny bus? I think this mayor has s**t for brains in my opinion. If they want to catch sleaze bags hover above Soi 6 but easier to fix a permanent camera in that street!

In normal weather being no rain and clear visibility. The distance you should keep behind the car in front no matter if the set speed limit is say 80KMs or 100kms per hour is firstly pick an object on the side of the road when the car in front passes that object you should pass the same object no less than 3 seconds later. If its wet increase that time by seconds depending on how heavy the rain is or just simply slow right down if unsure.
