Where would you find a place to park at the Chatuchak weekend market ?

Mostly worried about making appt. with US embassy ... I think they are back logged .

I seem to remember years ago having to get a form notarized at the US embassy and a heath check to get my Thai driver license at the land transport office at Chatuchuk .

Sorry i let it lapse . I am in Chonburi now maybe just have to go find the DLT and check .

Is there still a form that needs to be notarized by the embassy to get driver license ?

Is the form at the embassy or gotten at the transportation office ?

Does anybody know if it's the same this time only I've been on a 6 week house hunting trip in Chonburi and need to go back to Bangkok at the end of the month to pack up my condo for moving at the end of August. 

 

I guess if I really get stuck I can book another month here & see if my current landlord will let me keep the condo for an extra month but I'd rather not throw away 20K in rent if I can help it.

I just filled out that form.  There is no field to enter the travel day so it prints today's date. 

 

Was that true for you?

I have a hospital letter. With a vax date on it.

I see that app ,but wonder what they will grant a pass for, and does it include a reentry ?

I have a feel they will just deny to save the trouble of filling it in.

Looks like travel will stop without a pass from city hall.

Need to travel to Cat convention hall for a vax appointment but am not sure I can travel the motorway there and back ,, with the checkpoints and the "no travel "restrictions. Has/will the motorway been closed or will they give notice ? Hate to be stuck in BKK and not be able get home for a couple months. 555

Yes when I bought my cards years ago , I showed passport. but that was a long time ago .. but now several times in the past weeks.

Why have they been wanting to see my passport to top up my MRT card ? Only recently this has been happening , and last time had to put my phone number on a form. I carry a laminated copy and one ticket booth would not accept it .Wanted original.

Is slightly annoying ,, but what is the reason for it . Is this the same on BTS ?

What paper work does Immigration want to see to get Cert. of residence to get driver license. I think lease, or is it more like TM 30 ?

I am dealing with Cigna global with expat insurance. For some reason I or policy ,does not rate online service.

I can not get thru to with the UK numbers ,the US numbers try to transfer but also useless.

Does anyone have a good way to contact Cigna Global insurance ,so I can cancel my policy.

My number is not in online data base but is okay when I call ..but when I call i am is sent to department thats closed.
