No, I always applied for a 60-day visa. There was an option with a visa on arrival more than 10 years ago, but it was later cancelled.
Than you are not from a Country in Center of Europe, that would be a EU Member Country or Switzerland.

Thank you! Unfortunately, I did not find my country in the center of Europe on this list (it seems that the citizens of Papua New Guinea and Tonga are more important for Thailand). Maybe you have a new list of countries for visas on arrival?
If you had 30 days Visa exempts / Visa free before you will have 60 days in future.

A good reason, not to register your solar installation with them
Makes no difference, they know who has Solar. I'm registered but Neighbor not, but both we got a new Meter.

This morning PEA came to my House to replace my old Meter with a Digital one. Had a bit small talk with the Supervisor and he told, that they work off a List of Houses where they know Solar is installed all over Prachuap Khiri Khan as first step. Once done they will continue to change the old Meters with Digital once. So be prepared for a PEA Visit .

The reason for rejection is, first time 90 day report has to be done in person. my question is should i have used the old passport number ? It is a USA passport and the number changes when renewed. Thank you in advance.
You have to go to the Immigration Office to get the first 90 days done in person after a Passport change.

Recently went to a private hospital and told the nurse that I have a large painful hemorrhoid on the outside of my butt near the rectum. How much I asked her. After a few minutes she said 100% and that includes spinal anesthesia. She asked if I wanted to see the surgeon. I said no thanks.
5 yrs ago in Bumrungrad a dr put local into my butt and cut one out and I think it was 3k to 4k maybe. 2 yrs ago I had another one inside my rectum. Same hospital. They used a rubber band technique to remove it. I think that was up to 10k.
So now I dont know what to do. It feels huge and so painful. Im using cream. Should I be going to Bkk. What happens if I do nothing for a week or so. Is it going to go away on its own.
Its just a complete nightmare to have this on my butt right now
thanks
Prices in Private Hospitals are complete out of control, and Government Hospitals are not really an alternative.

Thanks again
Yes I have a TM47 but it was in BKK because it HAS to be in BKK because that is where my non-O marriage visa was done last year.
I wonder if Chonburi Immigration will have an issue with that.
You have done a TM30 so your registered address is now in Chonburi and next TM47 90 Days will be in Chonburi as well.
For what you need the CoR, open Bangacount or buying a Car or???

They are real, it is the radioactive wasteland narrative that is fake... Radioactive fallout becomes safe after just 48 hours, 72 hours at the longest. As long as you have 72 hours of food and water in your home, just stay put and keep the doors and windows closed and you will be fine... All this cr7p about the world being uninhabitable for a million years is nonsense.
Nuclear weapons in space is also nonsense.... in a vacuum, no detonation can take place, no air to feed the thermal pulse and also the required chain reaction can not occur in a vacuum, it requires atoms to provide the chain.
I guess you are wearing also a Alu Head?

The cope!
The Chinese are knowing that much about EV Batteries that Tesla is even using them, beside that Toyota just announced to start using BYD Blade Batteries.

86.2K + 1 useless posts now - well done, you must be proud of yourself.
Yes, some people are here just to post negative comments on all threads they can find. Seems to be they have their Computer as Friend only and nothing else to do.

Hi everyone,
I apologize if it has been answered in other threads.
I am currently in the search for a new condo to buy in Bangkok.
From what I understand, I'll have to pay a 25% tax on the money i send here if I spend more than 180 days in Thailand in 2024.
Been living here a long time and not looking forward to spending 6 months abroad.
Can you please confirm if this is actually the case? French nationality if that even matters.
I'm sorry if my post sounds naive, I haven't followed the tax news much as I didn't expect to purchase a new property until recently.
Also, I'm not interested in opening a company.
Thank you so much in advance.
That's correct. May be you have to pay Taxes on remitted Money to Thailand, may be not. If it's old savings prior to 01.01.24 you can transfer them Tax free to Thailand, is it income from this Year you have to pay taxes. But the amount of Tax is pending on the amount of Money you are transfer and your personal circumstances.(Thai Tax Resident, your Age,Married, etc)
There is a Thread from Mike Lister here on AN in the Finance Section, may be worth to have a look.

Soon I will get my EV Charger installed at home for my Seal. Here I have the options to get a single or 3 phase Charger installed, but for now I'm not sure which one to take. What are the pros and cons if I go for a 3 phase one? Somebody else has installed a 3 phase already?

Or do I have to be married to apply for either?????
Thank you for your help..
You have to have a yellow Housebook to get a pink Thai ID Card, but you don't need to be married for.

I am having a problem reporting online today. This will be my 3rd online report and it was very smooth first 2 times.
(I have just moved and my new address has been notified by the agent).
It is asking for my address (I think it remembers such details after the first report from an address).
Whatever .. my problem is it will not accept PATTAYA as my city of residence. On first line (I thjnk it was asking for District .. it accepts Chonburi .. next line it wants the city .. it wont take Pattaya or Na Klua. Just clears my typing on me pressing enter.
My cunning plan is to try again tomorrow. Maybe the system needs a reboot.
But meanwhile .. anyone else had/having this problem ?. Going to Jomtien will be a pain.
Do you have a copy of your TM30 done by the Agent?

The police headquarters does not release the reason to the Embassy and so I called my lawyer in France: it seems that if 5 years pass without anyone having an identity card, it is reported to the Police Headquarters and the name remains in the system until you have a new identity card. Whether that's true or not, I don't know.
Strange rule.
