Am I the only one being harassed by Thai Immigration? I am on Non-Immigrant O-A long stay(retirement), and I have everything up to day.
About 9am, I saw two uniformed officers in front of the gate. Since I did not open, they asked my neighbors how many people live in the house, how many visit and how many stay overnight.
All replied, only two people live and no one visits
Officers, did not live any note

You do not know how long it will take to sell your current house. Forget about house financing with a jobless wife. Sell your house, keep money in your bank and Enjoy your life. Price your house at reasonable market value and be involved in the sale. No real estate agents, No wife's friends or family acting as sales people!

Foreign buyer and his Thai lawyer asking for final cash purchase payment extension as well as final payment reduction. It was not in original contract.
Can Thai lawyer make a problem if sell house to another cash buyer?
Thank you

Dear Canadians,
An outbreak of pneumonia, first identified in Wuhan, is currently ongoing in China. It is being caused by a novel (new) coronavirus. Symptoms have included fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
Chinese health authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO) have confirmed human-to-human transmission has occurred.
Some cases have been reported in other countries including Thailand, and several countries and territories have begun screening travellers arriving from Wuhan. Travellers from Wuhan may be asked about their travel history and health upon return to Canada.
Our travel advice is continuously reviewed and updated in order to keep Canadians informed when abroad. Please continue to check our travel advice and advisories website at https://travel.gc.ca for updates. Under the Health tab of the travel advice and advisory for China, there is specific information relating to the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). A direct link to this information is provided here https://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories/pneumonia-china
Recommendations for travellers:
Spending time in large crowds or crowded areas can increase your risk of getting sick.
Travellers should take precautions against respiratory and other illnesses while travelling, and seek medical attention if they become sick.
During your trip:
• Avoid high-risk areas such as farms, live animal markets, and areas where animals may be slaughtered.
• Avoid contact with animals (alive or dead).
• Avoid surfaces with animal droppings or secretions on them.
• Avoid contact with sick people, especially if they have fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
• Be aware of the local situation and follow local public health advice.
Travellers are reminded to follow usual health precautions:
Wash your hands:
• Wash your hands often with soap under warm running water for at least 20 seconds.
• Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer only if soap and water are not available. It’s a good idea to always keep some with you when you travel.
• Practice proper cough and sneeze etiquette:
• Cover your mouth and nose with your arm to reduce the spread of germs.
• If you use a tissue, dispose of it as soon as possible and wash your hands afterwards.
Monitor your health:
If you become sick when you are travelling or after you return, avoid contact with others except to see a health care professional. Tell them:
• your symptoms;
• where you have been travelling or living;
• if you have had direct contact with animals (for example: visited a live animal market) or close contact with a sick person.
If you feel sick during your flight to Canada or upon arrival, inform the flight attendant or a Canadian border services officer.
If you are no longer in Thailand, please send an email to [email protected].

I am on Non-OA (90 days report + annual extension by myself) and If on Non-O marriage (90 days border crossing + extension with wife or wife's letter)
Marriage registration in Thailand cost few baht but divorce cost thousands.
Based on marriage, Thai will get easy citizenship in many countries but it is not as easy for a foreigner to get Thai citizenship.

90days report Pain, as of March 2nd Immigration will open doors at Promenada
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Posted
My next door neighbors sent EMS 90days report and included prepaid returned EMS envelope addressed to both of them. They received only one Receipt of Notification.
I drove them to immigration and nice officer told them that they should send reports in separate envelopes and now have to pay penalty. She said as of March 2nd, 2020 immigration will operate at Promenada and can go there. My friends are living Thailand this September, Therefore they do not intend to pay and report any more.
Will there be a problem for not reporting?
