he and all of us could cite a host of people saying these exact things well in advance of him plagiarizing them verbally ; must make all of us 'experts' too
Gates has been talking about pandemics for years. He's been thinking about the ramifications for longer than that. If he's saying something it's not likely to be "plagiarism", but rather something of which he's been aware for some time.

Not really a limb. September futures right now are still above $30. It's only this expiring contract that went negative.

That was obviously a self deprecating joke.
Yup. Clearly overestimating the audience.

We still do not know how China has handled the virus. We will not know for some time. We may never know. Regardless, I would rather be dead than under the thumb of the CCP. And if the US and Europe continue to purchase Made in China in volume once this pandemic ends, then shame on them!
What phone do you use? What computer?

Did my initial 90-day yesterday at Jomtien. Did NOT need to show passbook
or proof of 800,000 baht in bank. In and out in (literally) 1 minute!
It's not required for the 90 day. It is when you request the one-year extension.

Can not recommend anything better than the oil of clove mentioned earlier
I agree. Though be careful with it if children are in the house. It's toxic and a fairly common source of poisoning.

Yes, they need a "forget I ever clicked on this" option.

I am so short this market, I cannot even imagine going long.
Me too, but the attitude in the US is changing. People are starting to think that the worst is over. I'm not saying they're right, and clearly there's this enormous economic hole that will move through the economy, but I suspect we're in for some short-term pain.

"There are a lot more important things in life than a golf tournament right now," the 15-times major champion wrote on Twitter.
He didn't say that before he became rich.
You mean when he was a kid instead of a mature adult?

Excuse may ignorance, but how exactly did the playing help? Did it somehow give the surgeons feedback as they poked around?

800,000thb for Thailand is about right, but much higher for the UK, around £250,000 kept in the bank
It costs £250,000 to live for a year in the UK?

FTD is frontotemporal lobar degeneration, the most common form of dementia for people under age 60. It represents a group of brain disorders caused by degeneration of the frontal and/or temporal lobes of the brain. FTD is also frequently referred to as frontotemporal dementia, frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD), or Pick's disease.
I had to look it up, now you don't have to.

Why do you consider 35:1 to be normal? I don't think you'll be seeing that any time soon.

28 people already arrested for scamming just US$1.8m. How many people in total were in on this? They'd be better off getting a regular job.

I did exactly that recently. The until date was (as always?) the same as the expiry on my extension. I of course planned to renew the extension before then anyway, so that was fine.

Well thank you for your answers. I feel that if a client does not pay commission, it is theft!
If any of you went to work on a job that took you a very long time and you did not get paid, what would you do?
We are talking about 800,000 bht
Why should the owner get paid for his property and the agent who worked hard, not get paid
If you're looking for sympathy then how you feel is important. If you're looking for answers to your situation it's better to not cloud things with what you feel.

Wow you had to wait 13 years to get good service, what does that tell you about the Immigration department.
Wow, despite the nature of the post you still had to search to find something negative to say. And in the end you misunderstood anyway. He didn't say it was the first time he had good service. He said it was the best service he's had.
What does that tell you about your attitude?

When confronted by a stray dog or dogs you want to make yourself look as big as possible. Raise your arms up over your head, but at an angle, like 10 and 2 o'clock. That will give you both height and width.

It just came as a shock - as they've always been so helpful to me.
For what it's worth, what I wrote is the test I use for myself, anyway, and find it helpful.
Also you did ask them to help a specific person, so there's the possibility that they know something that you don't.

I hope you believe me when I say that I am not trying to stereotype.
If the people you asked were from your own country you would have thought "those people don't want to help the poor." But because they were from a different country you said Thais don't want to help the poor.

Once here, they develop a new list of complaints and are sometimes outraged to find that Thailand, too, is not according to their specifications.
I think this cuts to the heart of the matter. People who constantly complain about Thailand would be constantly complaining about something no matter where they were.

"No evidence" that recovered COVID-19 patients cannot be reinfected: WHO

You are right, and WHO will almost certainly be hedging this statement in the days to come. Generally speaking, when a person recovers from a virus it's because their body figured out how to kill it off. And not only will there be antibodies left, there will also be another type of cell present that contains the instructions for creating more of those same antibodies. So if there's a new infection detected the immune system has a huge head start and will fight it off easily.
Here's a good article on it.
