    Yeah I do feel my time in Thailand is running out, seeing how people with ED visas still get refused entry, and with this stamp in my passport saying that visas can be refused, I don't want to hop from one embassy to the next to the next, while at the same time spending 25-30k baht in advance on an ED visa. Add to that all my belongings here and the car I bought a few years ago, plus I'm having some serious health issues so I could just as well be dead in a few years, and if not my car will be devalued enough in a few years to let it go without too much of a loss.

     

    So I'm like is it still worth all the trouble, not so sure. The fact that Thailand is corrupt to its bone and access to a good lawyer with connections makes me think I would never end up being deported anyway, there's always a way to bribe yourself out of things.

     

    Just a small example, I went to Cambodia a few years ago, drove my car to the border at Had Lek, then after passing both sides of immigration I realized I forgot my laptop in my car, not so clever, hooked up with a agent there, paid a few thousand baht, walked me straight through immigration at both sides without a single stamp, photo, fingerprint or whatever, left me alone to pick up my laptop and we went back just as easily, obviously he handed out some money left and right and it was all good. This is Thailand where a little bit of money does wonders.

     

    When I forgot something in my car after both side stamps, I just walked back alone to get it without talking to anyone, so I wonder why you would need to pay for that...

    Get an onward (departing Thailand) air ticket with a departure date within 28-days of your planned arrival in BKK/DMK. Your domestic Chiang Mai destination is of no importance to Immigration.

     

    The 20k baht in cash OR EQUIVALENT IN OTHER CURRENCY is also a must.

    This is what I didn't understand. How stupid is it to cancel a visa after putting it in passport ?!

     

    Or it is just a way to keep your visa fee ?!

    And too many Thai believe that it is cooked almost everywhere in restaurants or market, but this is BS, most plara$hit that Thai eat is raw.

    What kind of food do you usually eat ? Caviar ?

     

    I find this wine perfect for any food, but of course it's still a cheap wine sold in Thailand.

    hello, I tried this wine and find it quite special, tasting as California wine. I wonder what additives it is full of, but anyway, better to drink than most crap, for 300 thb only.

    I found it at BigC but not all bigC seem to carry it ?

    9th trip to samui and never had any problems with electronic cigarettes before other than they just ask what it is, and that's it. This time we had an issue.
