    I am arriving BKK on June 11. I have tried more than a dozen times to complete the Digital Arrival Card info. I have used my phone, tablet and computer. I watched the video at least 20+ times. This should be easy. The video shows that one should get a screen that asks one to upload their passport. I do not get that screen. Nothing about uploading a pic of my passport. It I go to the screen to enter info about myself I see a bar that states "retrieve passport." The bar is greyed out. Does not function. This should be easy. I am not new to computers. Nevertheless, I cannot get the website for registration to function. Link that I am using....Thailand Digital Arrival Card Thanks
