Today the air is very thick here in CR you could almost cut it. Drying your laundry outdoors results in a strong smell of smoke from it.
We badly need some rain to get rid of the worst.-

Farang's fault!
Fly Thai and the adventure is included:
That was a very bad one. With still 7 nautical miles - 12.5 km - to go, the plane was flying at 240 meters above ground.

This year will be air pollution.
Improving a lot. I love it!
You must be joking.......... improving anything regarding pollution requires law enforcement and that is almost non-existent in TH.

Sorry if I object to the concept of unelected bureaucrats.
Are bureaucrats elected in your country?

Congratulations with a very clear demonstration of your total ignorance of the EU and the way it works.

A free trade agreement with UK will be welcomed by Australia - our economic, social and military ties go back a long way and leaving the EU is something most Australians support.
Well, I think it is is quite safe to say that most Australians don’t have a clue about the EU, its role and how it works.....

I can think of several products/commodities that Australia would want to export to the UK under a preferential tariff deal - but what UK products would be interesting for Australia? Keep in mind that products must be originating in the UK, or they won’t even qualify. So incorporating/using materials/components from the EU might mean non-elegibilty.

Any zero traffic deal will - in the framework of a WTO-compatible Free Trade Agreement - cover only products ‘originating’ in the UK/EU, which entails origin certification/verification. Not quite the same as the free circulation of goods within the Customs Union.

How about slagging those who caused three years delay - the Remainers, the deniers, the fools.
So the blaming continues: it’s the fault of people with a different view............

5. The inspection of factories and the issuance of maintenance orders or prohibitions at factories emitting excessive pollution
I wonder where they will get dozens of qualified technicians from to do this? Or will it be someone driving by a factory to see if it is emitting black smoke?
They might be able to send someone to do the latter - and subsequently ignore it. Not unlike agricultural burning and black smoke belching busses, lorries and pick-ups are being ignored.

‘Enforced’ is the keyword in the above statements. Who is going to force the relevant authorities to enforce rules and regulations when not even the simplest rules are being upheld........

’It will do so by upgrading standard to match those of the International Civil Aviation Organisation and developing a regulatory system consistent with international standards, he said.’
So he admits that Thailand is not applying the ICAO standards now - isn’t that a bit scary?

At the ATM outside a local branch office, this morning, I got the ‘communication error’ message on the screen twice, but at the third attempt it worked properly.
