Actually, it went quite easily. Filled in Sections 1,2,3,4 & 9 as indicated, section 4 being my patents details and dates, but the Agent said it was not needed as neither was counter-sign of photo, thank God. OK, copies of EVERY page of old, washed-up Passport. Luckily, I had scans of all the main pages stored on PC. WHY do they want copies of blank pages? Copies of Thai DL and ID for address confirmation. Whole job took two hours, and a ream of paper and Bht 12000! Sent it off to Thai Visa Express just a while back. See what happens.

Is Thai Visa express a reputable company please? They charge Bht 12000 for the whole job, which is Bht 6000 for the actual passport plus their fee, which is cheaper than driving to Bangkok twice.

Can I post all my documents etc to VFS in Bangkok? As you say, for me it is a 10 hour round trip......twice if courier service is not available. Form LS01 is also needed for lost or damaged passport. Can I print the application form two-sided or 4 separate sheets?

All pages are legible, many already copied. Do i need two copies of each page?

Back from UK 6 hours ago, put dirty shirts in washing machine. 60 minutes later the Mrs hand me a very clean passport from a shirt pocket. What is the next procedure to get a new one, as some pages are damaged but still readable please? I am on non O, with retirement extension.
