You sure make the Thai visa process sound complicated and difficult.  Have you tried going to the new immigration office and asking what they require and accept.  

There seems to be one thing they accept.

The idea of spending money to aid the Afghans rebuild their country as opposed to spending on military aid is a step in the right direction.

At least this administration is trying to divert attention away from conflict and more toward commerce.

Give Trump's administration credit where credit is due.

Unfortunately,  government officials are imperfect people...doing the best they can with what faculty has been afforded them.

There is a solution...pay agents another 30,000 baht and police 500baht per week tea money.  

Money talks... every thing is negotiable...there is no corruption involved here...just business as usual...

Ditto on the sales-clerk "no have" canned answer to every request for assistance...most of time item can be found with a little effort.

The solution seems obvious...separate Thais away from farangs...problem solved!  ????

If you fish in your own pond and catch fish, it is against the rules to take them away, but OK if you put them back. Because one is regarded as sport and t'other business.
