I have read the full string. I have personal knowledge of the capability of the of the Embassy, know every building and every office, and can tell you two things. 1.) They have the capability to give the shots. 2.) They will Not take care of the expat community.
What do you mean by every building ?
There's only one.

Took a walk down Silom Road this afternoon and it was so quiet (and dry).
On the BTS home there was literally only 1 person in the next carriage to ours.
Loving it !

The wife recently bought an Oppo A53.
Excellent battery life, general performance and camera.

Take the test less than 72 hours before your initial flight from Bangkok.
medconsultasia in Thonglor do same day testing.

Malaysia announced that they would also be vaccinating foreigners free of charge the other week.

TBH after reading the headline, I expected to see a photo of a policeman looking in the mirror.

Not only that you have to denounce your own country's citizenship. I would never give up my country's citizenship just to be accepted in Thailand.
You're SUPPOSED to, but they don't actually check.

Israel, which by now has vaccinated about 1 in 4 people (far ahead of any other country)
They've only got a population of about 9 million, so easy to hit those kind of figures.
If the UK had the same population, they'd have vaccinated about 1 in 3.

I would assume that when a vaccine is actually available in Thailand, it will be your own responsibilty to arrange and pay for vaccinations, as you do for all your other medical treatment.

To be fair, most of the diseases spread in Thailand have been because of cocks....????

I'm in Samui for a few days at the start of December, staying in Bo Phut.
Is there much happening there ?
I've been told there's a bit more going on there than elsewhere.
Can anyone on the ground there confirm ?
Cheers.

My wife bought an Oppo A53 for 5400bht a couple of weeks ago.
It's superfast and responsive in every dept. and the battery is an easy 2 day plus.
When I update my phone, I'll probably buy the same. It's an excellent phone.
They're on lazada for about 4900, so almost within your range.

I had bad eczema as a kid and it regularly got infected, so I would be prescribed Oxytetracycline tablets.
Our dog started suffering from skin issues and the vet prescribed 7 tablets (1 per day) for £7. (this was the early 70s).
They turned out to be exactly the same as my tablets, so next time the dog was suffering, mum just ordered a repeat prescription for me. (90 tablets free of charge).
if only ebay had been around in those days.........

Is there a consulate near Nong Khai or, failing that, Udon Thani?
As far as I know, there is just the Embassy in Bangkok.

Yes, that's correct. There are two main offices to get official business done; the Bangkok Embassy and Chiang Mai office. There is no office based in Pattaya anymore. Honorary consuls won't be able to help you if you need anything done officially.
I don't think there's an office in Chiang Mai either now.
I think they closed around May 2015
Still an Hon Con though.
My wife doesn't like my bad body odor (BO).
