You may have to resort to an agent, if available.

Just did mine Jomtien on the 21st which was the day after they finished their software updates. I had zero issues online.

Sorry I have no idea what your post is about, as it is not clear what your asking.
The Pattaya expat website says if you return from overseas Jomtien, require a new TM30, regardless of situation.
My example was, I never did a TM30 after returning from overseas, but was told to do a new one before I could my extension, still at same address.
What I was trying to say is that needing a new TM30 for an extension is different from someone having to do it within 24 hours by returning from overseas with no extension for a long time. Also the "ALERT notice" posted above is not an official announcement by Jomtien immigration, just hearsay.

Yes, within 24h
Arrive from overseas on late Sunday night. How am I supposed to convince my landlord to do a TM30 within Monday?

So it looks like 1 yes and 1 no. I guess I will have to do it to be safe.
We have 3 different categories that may or may not require a new TM30.
1. Returning from a domestic location
2. Returning from a foreign location
3. IO decides your's is old and you need a new one.
Please don't comment I unless you have been told by IO to get a new one.

Which of course is not the same as a requirement for returning.

To hus is a fairly new thing with Netflix. They have now started clamping down on using multiple usage of devices.
Also with Smart TVs, they tend to not get the apps updated so Netflix may no longer support the older versions.

If you have a bank account with another bank, say SCB, you simply walk into SCB with your cheque and savings book. Fill in the cheque deposit slip with account and cheque information. Wait for cheque to clear (1-2 days) and money is in your account.
Cheque can be deposited at ANY BANK, it is just issued by KTB, but that doesn't mean it can only be deposited at KTB branch.
What cheque? The OP stated they are no longer issuing then.

Is there any possibility to check that T.m 30 is in order without visiting Immigration? The better half registered online and got it approved, but I'm not sure if my local Immigration office is that much up to date with what's happening online!
Thanks
Felt
That is a good question and deserves a good answer.

My passbook misses most of my deposits. I also do my own statements every 4 months or so. I highlight the foreign monthly deposits to help BBL format the correct statement for immigration
