i can only speculate why you are writing on a site dedicated to expats. why are you not talking about germany, for instance who "imported -more -of those folks from another part of the world - than sweden-"? you love how thais protect their country and culture, yet they are a lot of non-thais living in thailand and more tourists visit thailand than your sweden. i do hope you don't live in thailand. -

i'm vegetarian, other than that i find halal very cruel and inhuman -even though we are talking about animals- (now, i wonder what has happened? i haven't received thaivisa newsletters - now asean- since april 2021. i wrote to the editor several times and complained, at no avail. and then today, january 15, 2022, i found this newsletter in my inbox. can it be because of the pandemic? mind you i don't see any connection, but one never knows :-)
