I filled in the online form eventually getting to end for an O-A, at the final step where it says confirm and submit it goes to access denied (return to home ), also I didn’t see any part of the online form that allows for scanning/downloading documents such as medical, criminal and bank statements....any one else tried on line yet?

Hi I have an O-A long stay visa issued in London.,August 2018.
Grateful for advice re terms.......I entered Thailand in November and was given permission to stay till November 2018.......I exited again and am due back end January, presumably getting a chop giving me permission to stay till january 2019, however I plan to exit again probably end May and return October.....my question is can I enter in October with the chop stating permission to stay till January 2019 (ie get a rentry permeit before departing in May) or do I have to apply in London again for a new O-A visa?...thanks

Hi all, grateful for advice...My Non O-A visa expires mid August,I left a few weeks ago and have a permitted to stay stamp till April 2020., I obtained this to keep my OA alive when I left .
I now want to transfer this to a regular one year retirement extension on my return(October )....The question is can I do that any time between October and April or do I have to wait till 30 days before the permitted to stay date in April?
