I know there are some in P.P., but also 1 in Ban Kham Hai and There was 1 for sure in Ban Non Sila, but don't know if he is still there. Both near your place. And until 2 years ago I know at Amazon at the PTT station at the right when you enter P.P. from Roi et used to come some foreigners once a week every Friday morning. Hello, I'm living in Roi-et city and now my Rabobank scanner has broke down. Is there close by perhaps a Dutch person who also uses Rabobank with a scanner and is willing to let me use is for some minutes.
