Wow,how negative!!I am bald but far from miserable and far from being down!  Like most people have i the option to get a hair transplant.Like i said before i do not need it nor want it!!!If you want it done ,go for it!!!

If something minor like this will make you happy dont think twice and do it.Do you think miserable bald people who get a hair transplant will be less miserable? They will just be miserable people with hair.

It is all about your additude and outlook towards life,we are all different.

when i see an bald guy i find him miserable. just my opinion but i guess that i am not alone.

You can not set up a Lazada seller account and take advantage of fulfillment by Lazada as an individual.  You need a corporate account.

I know Thai selling without having a company, so it's clearly wrong. Any Thai can sell on Lazada ans shoppee.

I have been selling on Amazon for years. Never did FBA because of ridiculous return policies, co-mingled inventory and absolutely having no control over your product whatsoever. And the fees are ridiculous for FBA.

I don't see how could you do Lazada....you'd need to have a registered company in Thailand. That's the first and major requirement.

Just use an individual Thai name and it works very well !

Who care laws when they are stupid ? not me !

A friend of mine is selling motor bike plastics on Lazada and Shopee.  In an average week he gets three times more sales from Shopee.

He also sells "mini" bundles on facebook.  That is he buys a big bundle of clothes or shoes and then breaks it down into 10 or more mini bundles. His last one was a shoe bundle with 144 pairs. He broke it down into 12 mini bundles of 12 pairs. Sold the lot in 3 days.

True that Thai prefer shoppee !

In Phuket the wife will be interviewed by IO, photos of you & her both inside & outside showing house number, update marriage registration from Amphur (cost about 100 Baht), bank statement showing 400k, house paper, ID.

Nobody is interviewed if crossing a border every 3 months instead of visiting an immigration office where some people are only paid to make your life miserable.

Get  multi entry, cross a border every 3 months and your life is so simple ! Wondering why it's so difficult to understand for most of you !

There is a new Vietnamese restaurant just opened up it's doors.

Location is on Thappraya rd , only 200 meters from the intersection to S-Pattaya.

I only looked inside , and they seem to offer genuine Vietnamese dishes, sandwiches and coffee.   Someone need to visit and check them out , I might try a lunch there next time on my way to Jomtien.

hello, where exactly, I cannot find it, thanks.

  7. Sorry but how can you get a retirement certificate from embassy as I never worked ?! Only investor.

Some embassies give a retirement certificate just for being 50 at least ?

Now I understand why few people get a multiple non-o for retirement and just apply for extension (and then visit the idiot offices every 3 months...).

Firstly if you pop out of Thailand just before the 5 year expiration date and re-enter before the elite visa expires you will get another full year on entry thus total 6 years.  Secondly you only have to go to immigration to extend if you do not leave Thailand for the full year as you automatically get 12 month renewal on each re-entry to Thailand. Still have to do 90 day reporting but these can be done on-line or depending where you live Thai Elite will do these for you if you drop of your passport to there local office.

hello, please do you know ?

For someone who lives in Bangkok and Pattaya (2 addresses), where is it easier to have someone do the 3 months report for me without having to go to immigration ? Cheers.

    The Pros

If you go to somewhere like Goodyear Auto Shop and buy four you will ...

1 ... know the build date of the tyres offered and can reject if not happy

    2 ... get free alignment camber/toe/castor

3 ... have the tyres rotated and re-balance every 6 months

4 ... Be able to have your tyre pressures checked and re-inflated if needed whenever you want

All for the life of the tyres

I don't have any experience of the Cons other that it 'appears' at first sight to be the cheapest option ...

Build date, what a funny thing in my opinion, I never care and find stupid that it would make any difference.

Tyres rotated ? isn't it a thing of the past ?! I never cared to do this also, and no problem in any of my German cars.

A multiple entry non-o visa is possible to get in Penang if you can show 800k baht in a bank or proof of 65k baht income and proof your are retired.

Thank you so much. So just being at least 50 and having 800k in a Thai bank is enough to get a multiple non-o in Penang ? And it's the only place around where I could get it ? Any report posted on this website ?

    Thanks again.

  12. Dear, Multi entries NON-O retirement non-immigrant for being retired, but multi entry, where to get it around Thailand ? and can you tell me what are the conditions ? if it is not possible to get a multiple entries to go out every 3 months and come back (no yearly extension wanted to avoid any contact with any immigration office), where is it the easiest to get a single entry ? But with a single entry non-o it's only possible to stay 3 months and then extend it, or renew it every 3 months ? (is it possible to get a new single entry non-o for retirement every 3 months ?) thank you all.

A multiple entry non-o visa only allows a 90 day entry. That means you have to leave the country every 90 days. A non-oa visa allows one year entries.

Getting a multiple entry non-o visa would certainly not be better than applying for an extension at immigration.

Hello, as I do not like to deal with any immigration office, I prefer to leave the country every 3 months for few days. Can you tell me if it is possible now to get a NON-O multi entry for retirement somewhere ?

    thanks Ubon.

nonsense. I have been working on my wife's 60 rai plot of land for the last 20 years. My friends wife has a Macadamia farm and he actively sells the nuts to the supermarkets. There are thousands of expats tending their wife's farms.

They might do it but it's not legal anyway.
