I kept up with your posts on the first project. Who was held accountable in the company for not meeting with authorities first, to see who has to be paid, and for how much, to ensure the route could operate? Wouldn't someone with "knowledge of life and business in Thailand" at least consider this? You are the one claiming those in the company are "not stupid" so why did the first route fail, and why do you think this second route, obviously not the company's first choice of routes, will be successful?

That's your typical casino. That business model does not have to be followed. They may start with smaller and exclusive casinos, only for high net worth individuals. Mainstream casinos could follow them into the future.

A lot of your posts criticize members who are critical of Pattaya / Thailand. Rather than criticizing the member, perhaps you can post about what Pattaya / Thailand authorities are doing right here. I've asked before, "Name something that has been build here for the benefit of tourists, and the tourism industry, in recent years." No other member replied, but it should be an easy question for you to answer. Perhaps you would also like to comment on Thailand's progressive governance since 2014 as well. ????

If the "Seahorse" company performs due diligence and market research, what happened with the failed first route to Songkla? Someone's incompetence or stupidity cost the company a lot of money with that one.

I chose to live in Pattaya, mainly because of the nightlife, it's certainly not for the lousy beach. What part of that do you not understand?
