Went to Thai conslute in Vientiane this morning arrived at 8am only 17 people ahead of me, gates opened 830am.

Total waiting time 45 minutes for every thing, paid 2000 baht for 2x tourist visa. Go back Wednesday to pick up visa.

From Chiang Mai to Vientiane used Lao Air, 9,500 baht round trip. Will not do again!! Takes 7 hours, layover 3-4 hours.

Last time I came here Dec 06 Lao air only 45 minute layover each way. Also visa for Laos is now 36 US dollars for

Americans. Well off to bar for cheap Lao beer.

Any airlines fly direct from Chiang Mai to Vientine, tried google no go???

She is due in one month, I have bought some things she will need when in hosiptal, but I'M on a limited income.And please no flamers!! Just got back from Chiang Mai Immigration took all of 25 mins, have triple entry tourist visa, apply for first 30 day extension. Paid 1900 baht, stamped for 30 days, asked if can get another 30 days after 60 days done, told no problem!!

When ever I open TV, message reads(done, but with errors on page) other sites some with this message others ok!

Wednesday out at track for my daily 40 minute walk felt sharp pain in heel and arch of left foot. I had to walk back home

with this pain, googled heel pain came up with plantar fasciitits(Fashee Eye Tis) anyone know of a Podiatrist foot Doctor

here in Chiang Mai, might need to get arch supports made! resting foot since wed, try to put weight on it can hardly walk.
