Just to update this thread as someone might see it in the future. We did indeed have to have everyone together and take new photos. At least that's what we were told when we went to immigration by an officer, so we did exactly that.

Hi, I'm currently working on renewing my work permit (successful) and getting a new visa extension in my passport (ongoing). Each year, the company I work for has all the staff come together to take a photo together in order for me to show my working address / working situation. Due to Covid we have mostly been working from home and not in an office environment, as per government recommendations. However, it seems a bit strange if we will have to bring everyone back to the office just to take photos together. This doesn't seem very wise due to the current situation we're all in. We've tried calling immigration about this but couldn't get anyone from the numbers we had available. Does anyone know if there is any leniency here, or someone who has recently extended a work permit (the visa part) without these photos? Thank you in advance!
