Why use a unofficial website for info. From the bottom of that page. "This is NOT the official website of the Thai Embassy"
This site has info about the 400/40k baht minimum. https://longstay.tgia.org/home/companiesoa
Same list of Companies.
Where do you see the price list and 400/40k information?

Found this at https://www.thaiembassy.com/travel/health-insurance-thailand-new-requirement-for-retirees.php
Does anyone have any prices for the 800k/40k min. insurance (see below) necessary for Non OA
Which companies participated in this scheme?
Here are some of the insurance companies that the applicants may obtain their health insurance to:
- Viriyan Insurance,
- Asia Insurance 1950,

ubonjoe, same place for the 90 days, rented it before.
Found this....
o Surely, every time you leave Thailand and return with a new (arrival and) departure card in your passport, you have to be reported again, because your departure card number has changed.
o If you own your own property (for example a condo), that does not acquit you of the obligation to report yourself.
Question: For Bkk the place to go is Chaneg Wattana 'only'
Found also this ... anybody uses it ?
Online Registration
The good news is that neither you (the home owner) or your landlord need to fill out a form or go down to an immigration office. You can report online, when it works, that is!
Most hotels and registered businesses use TM30 online reporting.
Online registration is available here.
You need to first request a username and password, and then log on to register.

Thank you for your reply ubonjoe.
It is a condo.
(I just had to go for a 90 days reporting to Chaeng Wattana , missed it online .... took me this time several hours. plus 1 1/2 hour Taxi)
So is it correct. I need to do now another 90days reporting at CW and taking the Chanote with me ?
When I leave the country for a few weeks and I come back do I need every time go back to Chang Wattana ?
-
Dears,
I guess normally the landlord is doing it for the renter.
So now I need to do it myself. How?
Living in Bkk.
Thanks a lot for information

What province of thailand do you live , forum members familiar your province
hopefully , will advise you on reputable English speaking lawyers.
Good luck.
I'm living in Bangkok.
Yes, would be great if somebody can recommend a lawyer ?
I googled and found a tiny 'law office' (?) which offers to write it for 12 000.-THB, saying giving 2 copies and they will keep 2 copies.
Steep price, I find. I think I read somewhere that it is possible to write it yourself and get registered ??
Sure, to be on the safe site I prefer it is done by a lawyer.
Yes, I really want to register it at an Ampur (?) as 'Langsuan Man" mentioned it.

Thanks @ubonjoe, I just checked ...90 days ...I will be a day late (91). Will that cause any issues?
Thanks

Dears,
Normally I should do now the 90 days reporting, but I renewed my Retirement Visa 2 month ago.
Does the 90 days reporting start from the Visa Renewal date or from the last 90days report date.
(I didn't left the country)
Thanks for your Info.

Dears,
Thank y'all very much for your feedback !!
Didn't mention I'm living in Bangkok (CW).
45 days will work for me.

Dears,
I might need to travel abroad for a month 5-6 weeks before my retirement Visa expires.
Question: Is it possible to renew the Retirement Visa e.g. 7 weeks before it expires?
Thanks a lot

What NON-IMMI Visa I/we have ?
Me and my buddy (different countries) aren't sure what type of Visa we are having (O or O-A).
We both made our 1st retirement Visa (years ago) in Thailand.
(800K in the Bank, pension)
Any hint how I can find out 'O' or 'O-A' ?
(all the stamps in the PAssport don't state it)
Thanks for your help and I apologize if that is already somewhere written and I overlooked it.
