I believe him, Thai police can be 'predators' if the opportunity arise's....they just can't help takeing 'Farangs' doe in that town,I seem to remember a big Aussie guy giveing them a hard time,after a couple of them thought he would be easy prey and ripped his gold necklace's off after getting into his apartment,well, he wouldn't let it go and 'Berated' the Thai cops outside the police station for age's. All going on 'You- Tube' for the world to see by thousands of potential tourists that might have a change of mind. I BELIEVE HIM..!

The crimes are 'Chalk and Cheese', Trump's crimes were political,Hunters were depraved and sickening..!

Hopefully they keep the 'Immigration chanels' for the elderly travellers,they shouldn't have to wait in a queu.

It was common after WW2 up until 'Container ships' changed things. I was able to do it on Norwegian ships back in the 60's I did it through Whil Whilhelmson a very big family owned company.I would check out the Norwegian Embassy or possibly for a work your passage job try the shipping companies in BK also Dutch and German companies. They only take a maximun of 12 people otherwise they must employ a Dr.to the ship, I worked my passage back to Australia in 1965 from Gotherburg (Sweden) to Melbourne loved every minute of it,Suez canal,I went through twice before the war it was facinating and went swimming half way along in the 'Great lake' waiting for the back of the convoy to catch up. In hindsight I think the Norwegians would be your best bet.

I was going to buy a house and move to Thailand in the very near future,however just watching and listening to what's been in the news lately and being a 'Farang' I'm seriously rethinking moveing,there is a lot of open hostility happening to 'Farangs' they are being blamed for any blemish on society by these pollies and there ilk,how can I commit to moveing when these idiot pollies change there mind every 5 minutes, don't think i want to gamble my well being on the 'Political Fairweather thinking of Thai politicions'
