Me too. Mail in. Successful.
My sense is that for some of us, the issue is more related to the "system(s)" status of our permission to stay date, rather than a lack of 90-day reports filed. SO the 90-day "Systems" do not see our most recent permission to stay date and "think" we're on an overstay. Again, just my guess right now.
I agree - 90-day system is likely not picking up on the latest extension granted (for me, it is up to 30 September 2021). I have asked a friend to go in to Immigration to do my report. Hopefully, the next one will be easier.

I had exactly the same problem with my report due 2 November. I having been doing reports for several years without major problems - do not have a new passport and have not traveled out of Thailand, so I was surprised when I also got error message "For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch in your residence area." I tried for five days to get it working.
When I tried on the app, I also got a message that I was on overstay - I renewed my extension in September 2020, with the extension granted to September 2021. But the app is showing my extension only to September 2020.
I presume someone has not been punching in all the data at Immigration?

Try the app as well as the website, sometimes one will work while the other will not
I have discovered what the problem is, after downloading the app, as recommended. My extension granted on 30th September 2020 until 30 September 2021 has not been inputted on the system yet, so the app shows that I'm on 'overstay!'

You still have plenty of time to do the report. Try again in a day or so. You can to the report online up to the day your report is due.
Thanks, Ubonjoe, will try a few more times.

Thanks, Ubon Joe.
I checked - not working. Will have to go into Immigration.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for several years, with only minor issues.
I have my next reporting date as 2 November 2020. For some reason now, after trying to do an online report yesterday and today, I get a note on entering my basic data that I presumably have to go to Immigration - For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area. This is inconvenient - I wonder why out of the blue I can no longer do it online.
Could this be due to my new extension of stay issued last month?

Thank you both...sounds good!

Any recommendations where I can get moles burnt or cut off at a reasonable price near BTS in Bangkok? Does not have to be a hospital.

If you have children, also copies of their birth certificates, and If you are from some undesirable country like South Africa, then also have to produce a police clearance certificate.
-
Also take your bank book and make copies of front page and page showing movement in last two months. Make a withdrawal from bank/ATM on the day. Also take your original wedding certificate. If you have young children, copies of their birth certificates.

I'm from South Africa - they came up with this requirement 3 years ago for us. Have to do it every year, and its a pain, because every year I first have go to CW to get a request letter from them addressed to Police around 2 months before my application (takes from 1 to 3 hours for it to be typed etc with several supporting documents such as passport and marriage certificate copies), and then I I go to Police HO for fingerprint check, and hope the form gets sent on to CW Immigration. Last year it did not, so I had to make another trip to Police HO to fetch it. Adds a lot more stress on my annual marriage extension.

Hi, for your extension did you go to the normal Chaengwattana office or to the new temporary buildings at Muangthongtani? Thanks.
I went to the normal office at Chaengwattana.

I went to CW Immigration for my annual marriage extension application yesterday. After telling my wife I had all bases covered, I knew that there could always be a curved ball thrown at us.
One thing I had worried about was the annual police clearance certificate (mandatory for certain undesirable continents/countries) that I did in June 2020 - luckily this year it was sent directly to Immigration by PSC (last year we had to catch a taxi from Immigration to Police HQ to fetch it).
For 8 years now Immigration have accepted that owner only gave a copy of his ID card with the rental agreement and did not want to give a copy of his tabiaan baan book for our rented property, but yesterday that was a stumbling block. After a one to two hours of negotiation with the property agents, owner relented, and managed to send us copies. Just not sure how happy he was ...we were expecting an eviction notice when we got home! Even though I had a copy of a TM30 in my passport (and copy provided), this was also raised a question or two - I'm not sure why, and wife explained it somehow. As before, there always seems to be issues every year I've been - it seems to me it very much depends on each officer one sees. In at 8.30am and out at 1.30pm - would have been out at the latest 10am if not for the tabiaan baan copy.

Will someone please advise where is the link to make an online appointment for my annual marriage extension at CW.

Just received my receipt back just now, dated for 2 November, after having applied early on Friday morning.
I tried to cancel my request early this morning so I could resubmit online. Fortunately online system did not allow me to cancel Friday's submission.

Yes only one copy required in Bangkok. And yes they accepted a google map. I had route from nearest police station this time. Only one photo on back of form TM.7
Thank you for that info, Lopburi3!

Out of interest, did you just provide one copy of all your documents, and did you have to provide passport photos?
And will they still accept a Google map?
I was there yesterday to get a letter / request to get my Police record check (mandatory for nationals from 'dubious' countries, such as South Africa) - they took 1 hour 40 minutes to type up and sign the request, from the time I saw the section L officer. So on Friday off to Police Clearance Centre for fingerprints.

You know when there is a problem here, just ignore it! Good luck if you think the air is going to get better. As it's said, love it or leave it.

Just to advise that in September last year (2019), I first had to go to Immigration to get a request typed up by the head honcho in the extensions department, then head to Police HQ for a police clearance certificate. This is an additional requirement for South Africans / Africans applying at Chang Watthana Immigration department, so adds up to another visit to that delightful place - took about 2 - 3 hours to see the senior officer and wait for the request form, and then another few hours traveling and visiting the Police office. So count on a day lost...I am on a annual marriage extension, but it also applies to retirement extensions. Maybe some South African applicant can enlighten me if things have changed recently.

Online system not working lately, and I am going northern Thailand on holiday.
Is it possible that I can do the reporting in person in Chiang Mai next week, although I normally live in BKK?

Thanks:tomorrow wed 11th will be 7 working days including the 2 holidays and the last w/end,just never had this problem before. Will try to call 1111 wed if still pending.
I have same problem. Applied yesterday. and pending....and a trip to CW is not a pleasant trip at this stage. If does not come through today by tomorrow, will cancel and reapply.

First find the Police Records department - can be a bit tricky to locate, but once there, ask lady at reception for info, and she will direct you to the right area. Once there, takes a maximum normally of one hour, depending on how many people before you in the queue. You get a form, pay the fee, have prints taken, and return a few days later with your receipt to pick up the certificate.
Unfortunately it seems South African citizens requesting Thai marriage/retirement extensions have to do this annually...possibly citizens of other suspicious countries too? Adds a lot of hassle to one's extension application, as one first has to approach Immigration dept. for a letter addressed to Police Records dept.

Other than KSK bank taking a long time to print out all their receipts and documents, still managed to get to Immigration Dept. at 9am.
Previous day I had been to Police HQ to check that they had sent my police record check to Immigration, which they assured me they had (this is required for nationals from dubious countries, such as anywhere in Africa etc, such as South Africa).
We managed to see one of the ladies after about 30 minutes, as not so many foreigners now in evidence in that department.
Then the fun started. Immigration had not received my police record check, and they said the certificate is essential, so my wife and I had to catch a taxi/BTS back to Police HQ, pick up the errant record, and go back to Immigration. Managed to see one of the ladies again after lunch.
Definitely one feels under scrutiny there/criminal?, and I fail to understand why year after year one has to submit the same birth certificates of my children, blue book copies for my wife and children, etc. There has to be another way, or why my wife has to fill in forms that include the same info as shown on my TM7. It also seems like I will have to obtain a police record every year (which entails a visit to immigration before the application date to get a request letter typed up by one of the senior ladies).
Copies were of course required of TM30, 90 day report, etc.
Requirements seem to get worse by year, and to put the icing on the cake, at the end of interview officer asked my to make copies of half of my pack of documents - is this something new?
As the whole process is stressful for my wife and family, I may consider relocating next year, or get a Non O from Laos.

90 day report
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits

Good day
I got an agent to go into CW Immigration and get my 90 day report updated - extension now to January. It now seems many people are having the same problem.
