What does "make and evidence" mean, which is in the top lefthand bubble of the Flow Diagram, put out to assist in the understanding of this extension situation, that the Immigration Bureau posted on this subject?  

The full verbiage is; "Aliens who are permitted to have residency in the kingdom and make an evidence of notification for leaving the kingdom in order to re-enter for 1 year."

Keep in mind that Thailand IS a 3rd World Country (they are not a developing country, they are a surviving culture).  I do appreciate the fact that no Monks are dousing themselves with gas and setting themselves on fire.  Many in Iraq will tell you the greatest thing that ever happened to the country was Saddam Hussain removed, and the worst thing that ever happened was Saddam Hussain was removed.  Personally, I am thankful they allow me here.  However, if they didn't allow me to stay, it would not break my heart.

Its been reported he went to the armory, shot the guys guarding the armory, he supposedly had worked at the armory and was familiar with the security, knew where the keys were, the code to the safe etc. At that point, he probably skipped the paperwork and signing etc.

Which only proves... Laws and Rules do not apply to criminals.  If they are going to do it, they will figure it out before or during execution, depending on their level of knowledge. 

Also, as an American... Marie’s to a Well respected Thai lady; I can confidently say I, and the Avg American of my social status group (cyoa), am 100% more sanitary than the cleanest Avg Thi among All their social groups.

Great move economically.  Security overrides all other needs.  Make the people feel safe, they will be happy enough to stay and support (especially the established nationalist).  Second (presently) is the economy, which will make them happy and adds or subtracts from security and must be properly balanced to quell a riot.  I suspect (added after review)...The U.S. and Singapore have turned their focus on Thailand.  I would not be surprised to see a growth of a U.S. presence.  The counter balance..... China and of course the out of control Thai Customs Office.
