On my big bike running around pattaya - imported Shoei race helmet, jeans, riding gloves and shoes. 4. On my big bike touring - full riding gear even in the heat of summer. I guess I am lazy, I am not spending 20 minutes getting dressed to go to 7 and get a beer, but an all day ride I couldn't imagine not having all the gear on.

I am old enough to remember when the phone was in the house. I also remember when phones became portable and I used them while driving. I also remember when that became illegal and I stopped it. This century I have not answered a phone call or text while driving. Whoever calls can wait, I want to arrive in one piece. Multitasking is a BS excuse, traffic in Thailand is so erratic you have to pay attention to it 100%!

I just got a new bike, I bought a bike "tent" for it even though it is in my carport, I just ordered a battery trickle charger and am considering getting a de-humidifier to put in the bike tent to prevent rust. It is pretty and I want it to stay that way.

My friends and family in Aus and NZ have seen housing prices skyrocket into the unattainable as Chinese investors buy up property all over those countries.
