Enforcement. I mean monitoring the people by human means or electronic. Nothing is 100% infection-proof unless you go extreme (Full lockdown, HazMat, etc).
There was total lockdown, still virus spread didnt stop, it slowed only.

They could buy a few million from India, vaccinate pattaya beach , jomtien , chiang mai night market, sukhumvit , silom , khao san etc,
tell tourist to not go anywhere else,
vaccinate all taxi operators, airport staff, bus staff
and we should be ok
What u all think?

maldives did a decent job.
They managed to get tourists. a negative Rt pcr is a basic requirement . there might be other restrictions which can be found online . but i see many people flying to maldives

Foreigners in Thailand must be warned of thai ladyboys and angry frustrated thai somchais.
They must also be warned of greedy thai woman who would do anything until you buy them a house.
and once the payment is made, you might be thrown out of the same house

Philippine food is actually rather horrible: lots of oil and congealed cold gravy, with strange mismatched flavours. The only good food are things that are unchanged like fresh fruit, barbecued fish and piglet. It's my least favourite in the entire region.
In the western world, there are hardly any Philippine restaurants to be found. There's a good reason for that.
u didnt quite get what i said.

That “expat report” guy on YouTube is hilarious. I remember when he had a thai girlfriend and was living in Thailand. He was a self proclaimed expert on living successfully in Thailand. Then his thai gf gave him the boot and now he spends all his time slagging Thailand off
lot of things he says are true though.

To each their own, Goa isn't a place I would ever consider a retirement place.people seeking cheap sex and a "rented- girlfriend" wont find it a good place.
nobody asked u to consider and i cant find an "indian retirement visa" for farangs.
All I could find online was tourist visas with max 180 days stay.
so may be they dont want you there . coz if they wanted they would lure you with retirement visas and condo investments.
India has been a place for those who seek spiritual enlightenment. And certainly those who frequent Thailand won't "consider" going there.

Not really, have have been with a few of both, no one cared.
Also, I dont know why you have concerns about it being a muslim country, their religion has zero impact on a foreigner.
are u sure?
look at this video
1:55- 2:30
So they have some kind of ID card which distinguishes a muslim as a non muslim. Probably the religion is mentioned on the ID card .
This thing is purely apartheid but guess what, apartheid was only in South Africa and Malaysians doing it is totally fine.
Coz KL is cook place to visit and lot of girls. We could just fly to Malaysia for the weekend and enjoy the "diversity".

i feel sad for him. but when i look back, i think why should I? i dont have a great experience with them.
in bkk/pattaya etc-
they charge you a high price if you are with a woman and want to return to your hotel.
they do not want to use the meter.
One good experience was in udon though. This guy would pick me up every night from the bar complex near the central plaza after i find the girl. One day when I was alone he said , i am hannsome man and why i go with bar girl. he asked me to date his sister who was a university student there. ????????
well i cudn't as I had plans to meet my full time thai gf in VTE next day. ????????

It's only people living in the coconut shell that is thailand who believe the 14 day thing is the only way to go. It's not. There are other ways that work too. We just have to learn to live with this virus.
i have no idea how this 14 day thing started floating. RT PCR is a highly sensitive test. 14 day incubation period was recommended for the appearance of symptoms, But when there is an rt pcr gold standard test , the 14 day seems weird, 14 day is for symptoms but so many rtpcr positive people never ever show any symptoms. but who will tell it to dinosaurs.
may be ASQ is a good money making scheme for some.

Are these westerners in India there for cheap and easy sex just like their sexually frustrated brethren who migrate half way across the world to Pattaya? I was only briefly in India one time so I have no personal knowledge. But I'm acquainted with a hard core alcohol, prescription drug and sex addict who spent two weeks in India at an IT training seminar and he said didn't get laid. This guy is good looking and dresses well and has no trouble pulling birds in the US and SE Asia so I was a little surprised. Shocked actually that this total degenerate didn't find a way to engage in some form of sexual activity whether free or for a fee during the course of two weeks.
well, let me tell how it works. a history lesson and other stuff. not in sequential order.
There used to be a time when unmarried couples couldn't find a hotel. Indians have a thing to poke in other people's business. So if u r a foreigner, working in india and some random girl visits your apartment, the neighbours might have an objection.
for many years there are "couple friendly" hotels which do not bother if u r married or not. Again, imagine u staying in Goa, the hotel would simply not allow u to bring in a girl.
Most girls on indian apps are fake. Indian women do not generally fancy having sex with a foreigner and those who fancy it may find it hard to get it in India. Look at the same girls in western universities. You would always find them hanging out with a non indian guy.
Virginity is still a thing in India and many indian girls don't wanna loose it until they are married. Most marriages are still arranged by parents in India.
Indian girls have sex when they are in love. These days a lot of Indian girls have a boyfriend and have sex. Even in smaller towns. But if you look around metros, you might see some girls with a white guy. They are usually colleagues.
Things are different in India.
That is why you would see loads of Indian men around Pattaya beach looking for women. It is still hard about the casual sex thing in India. Even though there are couple friendly hotels, many men try to avoid it because they are scared someone might see them.
There is a neo-liberal society developing in India, both girls and boys are educated and earning and don't mind living together without marriage.

India does not have a retirement visa per se, nor does it allow one to own property there as a foreigner. Most visas granted are for 3 months, although there is a 6-month option available, subject to conditions and/ or nationality of the applicant.
Things were quite different before covid, there was e visa , as good as paper visa, it was for multiple years and multiple entries, it would be tourist ofc and u were allowed a max of six months.
lot of westerners live in india, mainly due to cheap costs and weather, dnt know what visa they take.

Now that's a real Thai man. Probably needs the money for his mia noi. I've heard real Thai wives say they had sit in the same room and watch. Like you say, it's easy to see how Western men do well here. You don't need an ATM queen.
he looked a bit gayish, i cud see him from my hotel balcony while his "wife" was taking a shower after the "date".

If you lived in India, you'd never have to deal with Chinese tourist buses!
Major indian cities may have a traffic issue during rush hours, india is a crowded place,
but a lot of westerners live in Goa and enjoy there lives.

Sure he can jump into her life. She knows what her mother was doing and mother probably told her I used to date this farang but he stopped coming to Thailand and I had no way to contact him. He could also explain he never knew about her but now would like to assist her now that he knows. Doesn't have to promise to bring her over to meet his family or live in USA but can definately make her life better. You say he's rich so it would not even be a financial burden for him.
He wasnt really seeking my advice. When he saw the girl, he was filled with shame and left.
He wanted to visit again but was busy with work and then covid happened.
I will be in touch with him to see how things unfold. As of now it appeared he wants her to attend a university in bangkok. Well, he is intelligent than me, he can manage.
He said she may not be his child but she is another farang man's child. She shouldn't be doing this work. This did sound racist to me over a skype call but if a girl gets to study in bangkok after all this fuss, then what's the harm.
His focus was on me, he said you are still young and you have had enough fun. You never know when a girl gets pregnant and your child would be playing with other people's body the day they are over 19. I was terrified. The thought gives me goosebumps if I may have accidently gotten some girl pregnant and may be there is a mixed race child being raised by old greedy granny and the mother is whoring herself out. Thais don't often get an abortion.

Too much info and my reply is about your reply and not for the OP.
Search for "manforce Staylong"
It has same composition and available everywhere in India though.
Again I am not talking about importing the medicine from India, I am referring to your point that the combination is not approved.
Thanks
