Some time ago I knew an Islamic woman who was seriously in love with a Buddhist man.  Her parents strongly objected to their relationship.  I do not know the details but they ended up getting married.  As the relationship was quite strong I believe her parents relented.  They now have two beautiful children and seem very happy.

which country ? Thailand seems cool but malaysia, indonesia, and arab world .. it is not possible.

One good thing about all this, China will not be allowing Chinese tourists in and out of Thailand to re-infect China, so the boys at the trough better get the Farang red carpet out and dust it off.........  Chinese tourism's over for a few years.....

why so desperate to be invited to the LOS? the days of farang red carpet is over. they dont need farangs or anyone else. cant u see they had been focussing so much on china in the past few years.

I have a simple question? Why was so much effort made to keep foreigners from entering the country, and so little effort made in keeping migrant workers from entering?

well. the question is valid. easy to stop flights and prevent the dirty foreigners from entering the country.

thailand shares a long border with laos, myanmar and cambodia.

there are gangs that facilitate the entry. everyone knows it. ask any burmese in pattaya how he got here. he will tell u.

agreed they should have tightened the borders control but  it is practically impossible to have such a long border under human watch .

    oh my buddha,

i was going to get an STV tomorrow , enjoy the staycation at the 5 star ASQ , and spend 1000  everyday after that. I was genuinely interested in spending my money in Thailand and help those poor single moms around pattaya beach. But it appears I wouldn't travel.

    Sorry Thailand.

They've lost control, now in over 40 provinces with people traveling for New Year... wait for Mid-January for the real spikes.

Does it mean I should stay at home and not apply for the special tourist visa?  ????????????????????????

since you need 2 injections of the same vaccine .

got the point. since 2 shots needed which means maintaining a database efficiently is of utmost importance.

so if in future some airlines or embassies would ask for a proof of vaccination then at least you would know whom to ask.

My gf is also circumsized. In africa they cut the clit.

well its nt like that. i have read about it. its called FGM and its too painful for the girl. it may be done due to cultural or religious reason. but its not good and there is a movement to stop it.

i have heard that some communities in my country too practice FGM , but growing awareness helps. ????????

I wonder if US citizens would be able to get this since the stable genius president withdrew US membership from the WHO? Of course the new President should fix this fairly quickly if he is allowed to take office.

at least he had the balls to pull out of the "CHO" . Many world leaders are bowing to mighty CCP.

US can provide citizens some sort of paper certificate if needed by airlines/embassies  eventually. I am sure the hospitals keep a proper record of the people who have been vaccinated.

True, they are very simple and kind hearted, but even malaysian muslims dislike the arabs which most islamaphobia racism  is based on.

malaysians are good people. very simple and kind hearted..

but they are harboring known fugitive wanted by at least 2 countries. They gave him PR too on the spot.  Authorities only wanted to question him but malaysian government keeps denying the access. Wonderful malaysia.

No. Anyway you list nations and nationalities. There are 5 major religions. Islam is strictest about conversion for marriage. Catholicism also but less so. Your question is borderline provocative troll and potentially seeking to stir division.

    no i am not.

i was genuinely interested in knowing what the western countries are like . I have seen lot of western men with thai/filipino wives and was wondering if the marriage is recognised in western nations if both follow different religions.

But it appears  religion doesn't matter in getting your marriage registered and live legally as husband and wife.

I have been living with a muslim girl for 5 years. If we marry i must become muslim so thats not going to happen.

I know Buddhist women who have converted to Islam to marry Islamic men.

And Buddhist men who have converted to Islam to marry Islamic women.

So I assume that to marry an Islamic you must convert to Islam.

I don’t personally know of any who have converted the other way.

    Maybe somebody else has?

well do thai buddhist woman need to convert (atleast on papers) if they marry an american, canadina, uk, nz, au, french, german, spanish, scandinavians , irish etc ?

    i am just curious.
