  1. I am very happy because I have a new NON IMM-O Me visa start date 01-09-2019. The plan is to use it on 04-10-2019 and go to IMM Monday 07-10-2019 for TM 30.

I have a permanent address for 3 months at a small hostel and the owner is aware of the TM 30 and will cooperate to apply for it, so it is no issue.

    1) Is it possible to apply, the same day, for a Certificate of Residency? I need for a bank account and asap a driver licence.

    2) I will stay about 4 months during the time our house is build and will apply for a NON imm-O married before the first 90 day report. The house is not ready then and do not have (wife) house papers and possible no address. Is this an issue for the NON-O married visa?

    3) Can I apply for NON-O marriage at any time before the first 90 days?

    4) If I get the the "Under consideration status" and I have to go home (I go home 23-01-2020) before the marriage visa is issued I can not collect it, what to do?

NOTHING is normally plugged into any of the affected room wall plugs, so I don't have anything to unplug. I'm of the old tradition - if you don't use it, then unplug it if you possibly can. Also serves as a guard against lightning, power surges and whatever. The room itself consists of ceiling lights, a ceiling fan (also with lights) and wall sockets  - a double set (the problematic ones) and a single set next to the door (no problem here, they're on a different breaker).

In the adjoining room (kitchen) - and on the SAME wall, is one socket that is on the problematic breaker - and which also has the same Powerline issue. I guess the wiring to this socket is perhaps extended from the problematic double wall sockets. All other sockets in the kitchen work fine.

UPS or surge suppressor - no have.

However, I'm gonna try and pull ALL the <deleted>' plugs in and around the house (fridge, pump, tv, etc) and just have the router on - and then try again.

    Cheers ????

Is it possible that the neutral in this socket is borrowed from another neutral/breaker? This is also a safety issue.

Eh, haven't  noticed  any  difference  except  last  two  years  were  wetter   than  the  last 4, its  always  hot usually  reaches max 42 c for 1-2  days,  min over  the  last 5  years 13 c  one  morning  , Prachuapkhirikhan.

In The Netherlands we have heat waves in 2018 and 2019 July and August. In Juli it was one day up 40 C. Almost no rain in the summer. Heat records are broken. Still not enough rain to get a normal ground water level. Our dikes dry out, this is dangerous when we have much rain again. YES WE HAVE ALSO A TUCH OF CLIMATE CHANGE.
