12000 BTU, about 4200 Baht. Very cheap because 12000 BTU starts normally at around 7000 Baht.

Thumb rule for needed capacity is 200 BTU/square meter.

On year ago I filed change of address with a TM 28 form at Jomtiem Imm. (office 10). Is the TM 30 form the new mandatory form? I ask because I will move again in a few weeks.
