Imm-O retirement questions.
1, Can I extend 30 days and then do the 12 months extension or is it invalid after 30 day extension?
2, Condo contract. How long contract time do I need to apply for 12 month extension. 3, 6, 12? -

Since February of 2020 the TM28 form is not used, It was replaced by the TM27 form.
Most want the TM30 done instead of the TM27 change of address form.
Good.
Maybe you should remove it from your templates and forms post? ???? -
Can't you do a TM28 by your self?
TM 28 are for tenants...or is it not used anymore? -

That is not a usual requirement.
Can you say which office required this photo ?
Often, if an agent is doing an extension they may ask for a photos etc, to replace the usual taken at the office photo. Its a way of getting around the customer actually visiting the office. But otherwise, a 4x6 photo is not usually a requirement.
You are right. My bad.
I did mix it up with the re-entry permit I did at the same time.

You will need a letter from Bangkok Bank confirming your account and balance in it one the day the letter is written. Copies of your bank book main page and the pages showing the 800k baht has been the bank for 2 months or more.
Copies of your passport photo page, visa, entry stamp and TM 6 arrival card.
You will need a completed TM7 extension application form.
The can ask for more and it varies from office to office. Not sure what additional documents might require.
Some office want a map to your your house from the nearest main road or intersection.
.......and a 4x6 newly taken portrait photo.

My first try with the new online reporting site last week was rejected after being pending for 2 days (Chaweng Wattana). I tried again and this time for "Building Name" I entered "Suites" after the building name like it was on the old online reporting site. I also used the icon to enter the passport dates of deliverance and expiry. I did it on Friday and today it was approved. I think that entering the complete name for the building might have made the difference.
"Building name" is not a required field, just leave all fields not required blank.

Sent in yesterday, Sunday.
Approved this Monday morning 9am, Chon buri immigration
But did get 90 days from apply date, not the report date since I was 7 days ahead.
Anyways, worked fine. -
Yes, I did it last week.
Just leave the fields for out and in flight dates empty. -

Nice to hear! Curious...were you renewing one you had previously done online, or was this your first 90 day report?
I had done two times online before today.
They did not ask to see copies of theme. -

You get the full 90 days.
The validity of your Visa is entirely different from the validity of permission of stay.
Thanks for quick answer.

I have a Non-immigrant Visa category O Retired multiple entries (90 days per entry) that is valid until 19 Feb 2020.Question: If I arrive in January 2020, do I get to stay the full 90 days or do I have to leave when the visa expires?
Thanks,
