It's not really my area of expertise, but people telling you that a Smart TV is the same thing as an Android Box are quite wrong. Even Smart TV with Android TV or Google TV are not the same as an Android Box. Smart TV and Firestick et all, use modified/locked down versions; you have to 'sideload' applications. Not that it's an issue, but most Smart TV don't run any version of Android. What's the point of this post? I can say that I am constantly improving myself, but that cannot compensate for someone who does not improve at all. Where does he blame her? You have to change your lifestyle and routines. In other words, if you don't do anything different, you won't feel any different. Whilst you think that it's her making you feel bad, in fact it's you making yourself feel bad. You just got yourself tangled up in a bad situation, which became your normal.
