I've been using a company called Cubic for both kitchen & wardrobe install. I've found them to be professional, however, they are located in Bangkok so I'm not sure if they cover Saraburi, but doesn't hurt to ask. For a quote they will require a plan with all dimensions. If you decide to proceed they will make a house call and measure. Not include in the price was the sink, LED. I think they supplied door handles but ended up buying my own as I didn't like the choice they had.
I forget mention the wall tiles were not included in the price.

Mine expired in Nov 2019 and I only renewed it last month so 1 year sounds about right.

Hi, you should have received a letter in June stating the classification of your property which is either "Stay" or "Other".
Stay means it's your main place of residence, your family home and is free of tax.
However, if its marked as Other then it's classified as a second property, rental, holiday home and will be taxed at 0.02% per million up to 50m which is due by the end of August.
Because of covid 19 the government has given all property owners a 90% discount this year.
So basically if this condo is your place of residence then you will not pay any tax and have nothing to worry about. Even so you should get someone to open your letterbox and check the letter to ensure the property is classified correctly.

Homepro in Pattaya is open for customers
I'll stand corrected then I thought they would all follow the same policy.
-
All Homepro are open for online purchases only. If you know what you want you can order through their website and select HH for pickup. The pickup point is the stores loading dock/warehouse which is normally located behind the store. Show them the receipt on your phone and they will go and fetch it for you.
-
You can order from Homepro online through their website and pick up at your nearest store. You'll need to pick up from their warehouse/delivery entrance not the main entrance.

Try swiftstreamz.com
I just checked and the Thai channels are working. A few pop up ads to navigate through but it works, for now anyway.
Not sure if you can download on your TV, however, you can download to an android phone/device and then mirror to you TV.

From experience buying a townhouse, I found there was nothing in the contract to state that the properties had to maintain a certain standard, after sale. No covenant to speak of.
They supplied an retractable awning to cover the carport but after time they deteriorate and is either replaced by a fixed carport or the damaged awning is left to hang. They use whatever materials they choose, so we have a mix of steel and wood structures for carports.
Some owners take pride in their property where others don't, but thats standard anywhere in the world where a housing estate is not covered by a covenant.
You should check the contract or speak with the sales team to find out if there is any restrictions on building or appearance of the properties and gi from there.
Overall I'm happy with my townhouse, I've made it my home and takecare of it, however, it would be nice if others did the same but I'm not expecting too much.

As per my Wife apparently the flooring is vinyl not ceramic tiles which we all know is soft, can be easily scratched, scuffed by shoes and anything heavy will leave indentations. The owner obviously knows this and is taking advantage of the Employee. Without knowing the area size I'm sure the charge of 30k or even 15k is more than enough to replace the vinyl with ceramic tiles.
Should tbere be legalised casinos in Pattaya?

Thats not correct the Corona casino on Phu Quo Island, Vietnam was opened in 2018 and allows locals to enter and play. It was the first casino to be given the license and its part of a 3 year government trial, and they have more planned.
To enter locals must pay a levy of VND 1m and produce notarized documents to prove they have a monthly income of VND 10m.
The name unfortunately has been the brunt of jokes due to the Corona virus.
