I have never ever been asked for anything more than a license by highway patrol, completely different dept to immigration. I get pulled over all the time for speeding, it's not big deal, throw away the speeding ticket and move on. No chance they'll ask for a passport of a passenger.

The tests are not accurate + a lot of them are not done properly. I've had more than 50 tests by a medical person and it's night and day how they and bar staff do them.

I've also considered this option, as you mention there is much much less chance of a positive 2nd test. However, earlier this month, after 2 weeks in quarantine i test positive on my 3rd day out. I was out and about once released but not really anywhere very busy. Just goes to show we're all gonna get it at some point, i've had it twice now, June 2020 ( not vaccinated ) no symptoms and Jan 2022 ( double vaxxed ), mild cold.

Or you could stay in the big smoke and party bewteen days 1 and 5 - lol. I'm in the same boat, live 4 hours outta BKK. BUT and it's a big BUT, as someone that has been locked in a hotel room for 49 days over the last 18 months it's a huge improvement than quarantine.

1/ What about asymptomatic people that are spreading the virus, or you don't think that's happening in your village? 2/ Getting anti bodies is better than the vaccines. 3/ Exactly, it's a common cold, i had it for 5 days last week, no biggie. It's evident to see throughout the world now that restrictions are easing and the virus is getting weaker, there's less and less people that care anymore which is great IMO, the end is in sight hopefully.

Are you American? If so you can be forgiven for thinking that's the only country on the planet... And it's totally true, less restrictions, less and easier testing options, more flights, cheaper flights, promotions for holidaying ( in some countries ), should i continue?
