12 minutes ago, Doctor Tom said:I could not be more disinterested in others opinions on this subject., unless its in support of the troops. Experience what Special Forces experience, and indeed look at the utterly disgraceful pursuit of Para Reg troops after Bloody Sunday. All the bleeding hearts and politico's need to shut the fxxx up and leave the troops to do their job. Military discipline can deal with the outliers. Western troops, as an international cohort, are the most disciplined, effective and dedicated troops in the World. They just don't need this kind of sxxt on their backs. Look at who they are supposed to have killed and then weep your crocodile tears. For all the above applies to the IDF in their pursuit of terrorists in Gaza.
Well said sir..

I suspect it cost no more than £10000 to put up. Now, why would there specifically need to be £1,000,000 spent on the muslim contribution to the war efforts? What did muslims do over and above the Hindus, the Buddhists, the atheists, the scientologists, the christians or catholics that justifies this expenditure. And why specifically now?
These stories do not seem random. Nobody (as far as I know) was pushing for SAS troops to be arrested for using excessive force against a terrorist in a war 2 years ago, nor was anyone pushing for muslims specifically to have their own war memorial. So why now?
Because England is a broken s@#$ hole...unfortunately...run by people who only want to help minorities....

People love the easy route out of saying 'they are anti Semites' and 'it is anti Semitism', it isn't, it is anti Israeli actions to the Palestinians, The Israeli get out of anti Semitism is the perfect way to basically do they want with impunity. Anti Israeli and anti Jew are separate, 1 should be tried for war crimes and the other should be condemned by all right minded people. Have any of you have ever been there and seen the way Palestinians are treated daily ?
Did you read the thread title.....

I try and train 5 days a week, ( I am 53 and in good health).
I use a mixture of TRX and Bodylastics (resistance bands), and do CV work either running around a lake near me (weather permitting) or static bike.
If you are older than this and have health worries I would recommend Bodylastics (very cheap on Lazada), easy to set up anywhere, it will exercise every muscle group, and you can set your own resistance (kilograms), good for flexibility and to keep muscles from atrophying, also is easy on the joints.
Example training programme:
Mon Back and Biceps and 15k static bike
Tue Chest and Triceps and 5k run
Wed Shoulders and Legs
Thurs Rest day upper body 20k static bike or 5k run
Fri Repeat from the top..
I do the above programme but 85% of the time it is with TRX not bodylastics.
As I say this is just an example you can adjust it around to suit your health conditions/age.
Always go and get checked out by your Doctor before embarking on any exercise programme.

Mary Poppins film age rating raised over 'discriminatory language'
Just saw this on the bbc UK news...unbelievable..... also a sub article at the bottom of the page Watership Down (the kids cartoon version) would have it's age classification raised because of 'strong violence' and 'unacceptable language'......
Some people out there really do need to get a life.....they must just spend their life trawling the internet looking for things to be offended by...pathetic...

Foreigners Assault Phuket Policeman After Being Chased Over Traffic Violation
in General Topics
Posted
Just watched the video... maybe I was hasty in my judgement.. it looks like he MIGHT have been trying to restrain the policeman and remove his firearm to prevent something bad from happening once he takes possession he immediately gives it to his mate to make safe .. and his friends body language does not look threatening or aggressive...
All the above might be a load of cobblers.. but I would like to hear what the Kiwis have to say...
