You're a Spurs aren't you. Having only won one trophy (a LC) in 21 seasons, you more than most surely should appreciate

that WHU winning the ECWC and FA Cup in consecutive seasons was the sign of a decent side as stated.

But in your previous statement you didn't state the above, you actually stated  " good team back in the 60's and early 70's "   hence my post, Yes, if you call having an average league position of 13th between 1960 - 1974, i agree that they might have had a decent side for 2 consecutive seasons but thats not what you initially said !

     ^^^^A  bump  for Herewe

    and around  Mid April

Loser Levy  did  a full U turn  on Totts furlough  application.  largely due to Totts supporters protesting that it was totally wrong and embarrassing to their club and correctly so

    over to u

So Mr bojangles coming out with a load of unsubstantiated rubbish is evidence now is it ?

Over to me for what ? you still haven't responded to either of my questions, all you have said is that Levy has back tracked on furlough payments which has nothing to do with a value of the club :cheesy::cheesy:

    If the above is true????

May i ask why Loser Levy attempted a furlough payments for his staff

    (tax payers money)

and asked  former Mngr Poch (who he sacked like a assasin )to take  cut on his contractual  Pay out on his sacking

So your interpretation of a high value business is one that doesn't furlough it's staff ? so where does that put Barcelona then and companies such as Disney World, GE, etc ? you need to do your research befoe you come out with such rubbish and where's your evidence that Spurs asked Poch to take a pay cut ? some people will believe anything ????:cheesy:

  4. Wheres the Accountant ? phew, seems we are not teetering on a financial meltdown after all ????Tottenham have overtaken Man City to become the most valuable club in the Premier League, according to a recent study.Kieran Maguire of University of Liverpool Management School, who is part of the University’s Centre for Sports Business Group, said: "Spurs are top of the valuation table because in 2018/19 they delivered a Champions League final and a top four Premier League finish on a wage budget that was £100-150 million lower than the rest of the 'Big Six'.The Londoners are now worth £2.567bn after their most recent accounts posted a pre-tax profit of £87.4m and revenues of £460.7m.

Loser Levy.s and Old Bahamas Joe only way out   of this crippling  massive debt is to sell Totts  or liquidate it

Going for Poch.s throat and the Furlough wheeling  and dealing certainly shows Warren Buffett adage # Only when the tide  goe.s out then we will see who left standing in the  Nude#

    Totts FC????

No accountant are you ? chavs debt to Abramovich is 1,383m and you talk about our debt which i'm sure Joe could cover if he wanted too, anyway our massive debt cost's us 26m pounds a year, last year we made 87m pound profit and your plastic club made a loss of 102m (highest loss in the League), the wages bill that you so much like to speak about is 179m while your mobs is 286m, in nearly all figs we are above you, revenue, profits, attendances, and thats without our naming rights deal which hopefully will be going through soon at about 250m, no need to worry our finances cobber especially with a couple of old jew boys in charge, perhaps you need to start looking at your own tin pot clubs finances, especially if the Russian was to sell up.

Poch gave over 5 seasons of loyal service to Totts and was highly  respected from all  quarters of English football

As u rightly said  Loser  Levy  punted him and the reasons why  are well noted by any footy fan. and brought in Pay Out Mou yesterdays Hero

and to make matters unattendable Loser Levy is responsible for the Stadiums debt  of 640 mil end of 2019 and climbing

    doubling the initial estimate

only last year he double his salary from 3 mil to 6 mil

Loser Levy has simarlar traits to a Don

    Do it my way

    or

    Its the highway

also Pick ????from my research he  owns all  Food and Beverage outlets at your new stadium????

    over and out Pick????

Crikey the debt has gone down substantially, 360m pounds in a few days ????

One day you'll come on here and get your facts right ????

    Swiss Rambler ????

Here ya go Mr Accountant, https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/2020/march/financial-results-year-end-30-june-2019/

These investments have been financed by profits made by the Club, advanced sponsorship monies and bank finance, principally from Bank of America Merrill Lynch International, Goldman Sachs Bank USA and HSBC Bank plc. At 30 June 2019, the Club had net debt of £534m (2018: £360m).

Subsequent to the year end, our total debt of £637m was converted in September 2019 into a mix of long-term maturities with an average life of 23 years.

    Sure that will amuse Mou

    No signings????

    But

You are ducking and weaving the main question asked

1/ Who is going to pay your new stadium crippling debt which is  closing in to 1 billion quid

2/And the present contracted players etc etc

3/ Money does.nt grow on trees  u know????

All the below figs are taken from Swiss Ramble

The debt is actually 658M (where did you get the closing in to 1 billion quid from ?)   but what is 342m between friends of which the interest was 26m last season.

They actually have a cash balance of 123m so should cover Players wages etc.

The £87m profit before tax was easily the highest in the Premier League in 2018/19, more than twice as much as the closest challenger #LFC £42m, followed by #MUFC £27m and #WWFC £20m. This is a great achievement, especially as half the clubs in the PL have posted losses.

#THFC 2018/19 profit of £87m is actually the fourth highest ever reported in the Premier League. In fact, Spurs’ prudent business model means that they have been responsible for three of the top five PL profits, including the record £139m in 2017/18 and £80m in 2013/14.

#THFC have been profitable for the last 7 seasons, making an impressive £412m in that period, averaging £59m a year. They made £226m profits in the last two years alone, while the last time they reported a loss was back in 2012 – and that was only £7m.

That's cos you don't get rewarded for staying on your feet. It's the cancer in the game. My gripe is the brass neck from Mourinho. Sterling got touched but Moureen is running around waving his hand for a card (which he shouldn't be doing). Then last night Son dived. At first it looked clear but in slo mo he totally dived and Gunn didn't touch him

maybe kane will continue to get injured BUT your asking presumably a decent, striker to put his career on the line... likely ? ... would you?

someone like  maybe Deeney ? would do a job and maybe  it would put them in the England frame   agreed bout aurier.. he continually messes up and I take ure point bout Sanchez. v pacy and strong and decent in the tackle .. BUT his concentration lapses seemingly IN

EVERY game WILL start costing us

as for a holder.. no need for pace though it wouldnt go amiss..   just v v good distribution, got the impress poch signed ndombele with the intention of doing a holders role... could well be wrong bout that one tho... shame bout dier.. such sloppy passing  in every game ,  he' suffered with longish time injuries so game time might help... he's still young enuf to be able to get it together...pretty sure mori is a fan there were strong rumors of him wanting him at utd... but time will tell.

"He's suffered with longish time injuries" injuries are not the problem,he actually had his appendix removed last season of which there was complications which affected his immune system, so much so that he had to have another operation in the summer, could be that he is still affected now and might never fully recover.

Excellent win. Mourinho totally out smarted. Good to see his new humble persona didn’t last long. About as humiliating as it could get for him I would imagine.

Disgraceful alleged racist abuse too. Let’s hope the moron(s) are identified on CCTV. The irony of their supporters labelling you Chavs.

Let's hope that after all the furore rudiger has caused with his incorrect accusations he is man enough to apologize, failing that at least get his ears checked out.
