What about those of us that don't like Trump as a person, but dislike the Dems even more, so want them out, even if it takes voting for Trump to do so?

Jesus had tax problems?? Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit!
PS. Anyone comparing Jesus to defendant trump has most likely got some underlying mental health issues.

That will be decided by the jury, not Mr Bragg.
What's the point of your post? Mr. Bragg is expressing an expert opinion. That the jury will decide on defendant trump's guilt is something we all know.
If all you have are diversions then better not post....IMHO, of course.

I'm sure Trump is guilty of many, many illegal dealings through out his life. Each and everyone of us I'm sure is guilty of fudging numbers in some way to gain an edge, have out income a bit smaller, our deductions a bit inflated. Now, I'm sure Mr Trump has been using the system all his life and they get him on 130K hush money, oh the irony.
You mean like how they got Al Capone on tax evasion instead of multiple murders, racketeering, kidnapping etc?
Might be ironic to you but it sure is beautiful and couldn't happen to a worse person.

Less than half an hour after Yahoo! News Chief Investigative Correspondent Michael Isakoff revealed on Monday that all thirty-four indictments filed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg against former President Donald Trump for falsifying business records are Class E felonies, Trump threw a tantrum on his Truth Social app.
Once Trump turns himself in on Tuesday, Isakoff learned from a source "who has been briefed on the procedures" that "a New York City police arrest report summarizing the charges against Trump will then be prepared and entered into the court system before he is led into a courtroom to be formally arraigned on the charges, none of which are misdemeanors."The aging crime lord can smell the dusty cell he'll spend the rest of his unnatural life in. Just love to see him soil his nickers in public!

For Trump, indictment in Stormy Daniels case is just the tip of the iceberg
"While Tuesday’s arraignment of former President Donald Trump will be the first time a former U.S. president has been charged with criminal offenses, it likely won’t be the last. By summer’s end, Trump could be charged in no fewer than four separate criminal investigations.
In fact, while Trump’s indictment stemming from his $130,000 hush money payment to adult-film star Stormy Daniels represents a legal threat to the former president, the others may carry a greater risk of serious consequences, including a possible prison sentence."
They are:
1. Georgia election interference
2. Jan. 6 investigation
3. Classified documents at Mar-a-Lago

Trump makes last-ditch change to legal team to sideline 'loudmouth' lawyer ahead of arraignment
"Donald Trump has shaken up his legal team with less than 24 hours to go before his arraignment in New York on criminal charges, amid reported concerns over his former lead attorney who appeared to publicly disagree with the former president in TV interviews."
If I may repeat Michael Cohen's advice to all trump attorneys; "RUN!"

I heard it differently.
I didn't claim that the current lot were any better, just that to suggest that Thaksin coming back signals the return of democracy, law and order, and human rights to Thailand is pretty far-fetched.
Who has signaled that?

Sure Thaksin has dedicated followers. But plentyof them are wise enought to want to follow the laws of Thailand including 'nobody is above the law'.
There's also haters and many of these folks would vermently not accept an order to change/adjust/cancel his convictions and sentences, and would very possibly raise some very serious protests.
As mentioned IMHO "All this is really thaksin vote buying 2023."
"Sure, but who (other than 1 person) could give such an order?"
That's clearly something we cannot discuss.
"Sure Thaksin has dedicated followers. But plentyof them are wise enought to want to follow the laws of Thailand including 'nobody is above the law'."
If your guy/gal/party has time and again won elections only to be squeezed out by illegal means why would you worry about that? I certainly wouldn't.
"There's also haters and many of these folks would vermently not accept an order to change/adjust/cancel his convictions and sentences, and would very possibly raise some very serious protests."
No doubt.
"As mentioned IMHO "All this is really thaksin vote buying 2023.""
We shall see. If Thaksin does return it's clear that you're wrong and that this is something much more substantial.

I don't know what orders have been given. All I know is that Thaksin will not return unless some sort of deal has been made.

Thaksin saying this is just a way for him to gin up support from those that remember the good old days
The problem that they are going to face, though is the threat or promise of his return is going to give some of the other parties the necessary fuel to add to their fire. Remember he was ousted by protest and a coup.
There are still a lot of people that think he was/is guilty and do not remember the Thaksin days as the good ole days.
Well, we shall see if that's correct unless the old elite succeed in squeezing Paetongtarn out first. No doubt they will try their very best.
"Pheu Thai in its previous incarnations has won every election since 2001, but its governments have been unseated through judicial rulings or military coups."

Just watching Fox and they say that the indictment is not sealed.
PBS and NPR the most trusted and unbiased news services in US both confirm that it is sealed. The only scenario where both could be correct is my theory on the alternate space-time continuum, any other more logical theory?
No, it's definitively the alternate space-time continuum theory. A quick google search confirms that the indictment was, and still is, under seal.

Exactly. If Thaksin returns it's because deals have been made, deals that have been sanctioned by invisible hands and no amount of squealing from the rabid anti-thaksinistas will change that.

Three takeaways from Trump's day in court

Your post makes sense but it would just be soooo good seeing him in an orange overall and with handcuffs on!
Of course, the more serious charges in the other cases against him might still make my dream come through.
