Enough! The ultimate responsibility lies with the people in charge. They fill their own pockets flawlessly, they are responsible for the conduct or lack thereof of their subordinates. Time they did their job or be held accountable!

So many Thai people don't have a license, I was under the impression that the only people required to comply with the laws of the land were Farangs whether or not they were resident or Tourists. You don't have to go back any further than the Covid rules of compliance to see this.

Why not go with something that has worked so well and for so long, an area with several Uniformed officers and boxes of brown envelopes.
