Mrs. Saddler? No disrespect but I wouldn't bring a bar girl into a discussion in an erudite forum.
There are 5 Mrs. Stadtler's, to which one are you referring?

Not when referring to monkeys it isnt
Especially when referring to them. We do not refer to monkeys as monkeys anymore.
"He's just monkeying around with it." The term has become degrading and racist.

Here's her most recent interview. Sadly, not great. She dodged Dana Bash's question re bring down a Washington statue. And not very artfully. At the end of the days they are all politicians. But still her credentials otherwise are stellar.
She blinks her eyes repeatedly. She's being deceptive. Stadtler doesn't trust her and neither does Mrs. Stadtler. Mrs. Stadtler is mumbling something about Issan but it is undecipherable.

That order is the American custom of indicating national/ethnic background which could be generations ago.
Such as Italian American, etc.
The reason for the proper order, is that it shows that most people think her loyalty would be to Thailand over America. If she were truly loyal she would consider herself an American-Thai.

The term Monkey is racist.

I am not bothered by it. Stop making stuff up dude.
If you weren't bothered, you wouldn't have "BOTHERED" to reply.

I'm surprised Stadtler managed to have a child as Stadtlers writing suggests he spends every waking moment devoted to Mrs Palmer and her 5 daughters.
Stadtler is devoted to Stadtler.

Stadtler genius child was born in Thailand and received a Thai Birth Certificate.
Stadtler's intensely intelligent child has already given the answer and it is to be obeyed as if it were the word of God.
Stadtler conveyed upon his child Citizenship of the United States of America.
One of the prerequisites for allowing Stadtler to convey said citizenship (remember Stadtler is also an attorney) was proof that Stadtler live for several years in America. Stadtler provided his high-school transcript.
If Stadtler's smart child was a US Citizen at birth, then how could the child be denied the de facto birth certificate which is the Consular Report of Birth had Stadtler not lived long enough in the USA?
Stadtler uses his superior intellect to disseminate this argument into bite-sized tidbits of information so they can easily be digested by the masses.
Stadtler's son and Sen. Duckworth cannot be President of the United States of America.
Full stop!

Stadtler's child might have been if he had been employed by his Govt (ie military, diplomat etc posted to LoS) on the day the child was born.
HTH
(We Brits define it as 'Crown Service')
Who employs children in the military at birth?

Interesting that you are so bothered by the order. I'd love to have you as a patient.

Here's another piece, written by two former US Solicitor Generals, Neal Katyal (under Barack Obama) and Paul Clement (under George W Bush).
A piece of what?
Your "piece" has not pedigree.

Being born on Thai soil does not make you a citizen - your child was 100 percent Thai and US based on parents citizenship. That Embassy report of birth say that he is US by birth.
Stadtler is baffled by this statement. Mrs. Stadtler is flummoxed. Little Stadtler wants to know why you are all quoting non-existent law and precedent.
Little Stadtler has an IQ over 156 and will start law school soon.
According to Thai Law, little Stadtler started out life as a Thai. Little Stadtler has a Thai passport and ID.
If Stadtler had not gone to the embassy of the USA to naturalize wee Stadtler, the little Stadtler would still only be Thai.
Full Stop.
Stadtler is most dismayed at the results of our current education system up some of the adults here.

The topic starts with Thai-American, not American-Thai.
The topic reflects the proper order of things. Duckworth was born a Thai. She is a naturalized American, that it is retroactive to her birth does not convey upon her natural born Citizenship.
Naturalized yes, natural no.
She cannot be President.
Again, Full Stop.

Not my glasses but the way the court has ruled in recent years. Natural meaning is by birth under most current rulings.
At birth, Stadtler's offspring was 100 percent Thai.

Nonsense.
Write that word 100 times and it will have no more weight than writing it once.
It's a featherweight response.

The exact definition of natural born citizen has never been settled in court. So it is still somewhat ambiguous. John McCain had a similar issue as he was born in the Panama Canal zone.
John McCain was born in the ceded portion of the canal zone which was ceded to the USA from Panama. John McCain was born in America.
When Stadtler visits the US Embassy in Bangkok, he steps onto American soil.
What is the purpose of being so obtuse?

And what part of squired US citizenship at birth do you not understand - person is natural born (US by birth) and can be president if elected.
What part of what is written on the form do you not understand?
Stadtler is a natural born citizen. Stadtler's child is not.
It doesn't say Stadtler's child acquired natural citizenship at birth, rather it says the young Stadtler acquired citizenship.
Read what you want, but you should remove the rose colored glasses.
