Thailand 60-day tourist visa (or visa exemption + extension), the current setup — 60 days on arrival with an optional 30-day extension — is perfect for us UK winter travellers escaping the UK’s grey, wet months. Before COVID, getting that visa in person at the Thai Consulate in Liverpool really was straightforward — a few forms, a photo, and you were set. Once everything went online, the eVisa system added a lot of friction: endless document uploads, strict photo specs, proof of funds, return tickets, accommodation details, etc. It’s improved a lot since the early days, it’s the people who try to game the system that end up making it harder for everyone else.

    Yes , but am going back 18 years ago, Thought it was a nice gesture along with folding and organising my cloths. Back in the day ehh LOL.
