Maybe I am wrong, but isn't Latkrabang close to the airport ? This area used to be a swamp area. That means that also the layer below the refill layer (the underground) might be unstable / weak / swampy.
You will need an experienced engineer coming up with a solution (if any).

So, too late to complain ?

I would call it subsidence. The sand brought in as landfill did not get enough time to compact resulting in what you see on the picture. The houses themself will not subside too much as these are built on piles.
Note easy to sell I think....

I think the rabbit be1st union is the infamous union pay card. Yes, absolutely useless. The Rabbit card (ussued till recentl) had all you wanted.
Best option is to switch bank.

Sorry to hear. I'm sure there are alternative options.

Do a google search on 'format factory' and download the version in your own language.
Have fun !

If you are in Pattaya you could go to the Samsung Service Center. You will upfront be quoted a price as per standard price list.
The center is located on Pattaya Nua not too far from the busstation (same side).

I guess you mean Bangkok Bank and up to know I agree with you. However, their debit card currently in use is the Visa Card. This one is being replaced with the Union Pay card and it seems that the number of businesses accepting this card is limited.

Thailand is big and not sure where you live and how far you want to travel but Ruangsang Thai in Buriram should have this in stock.
Address: 114 2074 Chum Het, Amphoe Mueang Buri Ram, Chang Wat Buri Ram 31000
Link to their website: http://burirambuildersmerchants.com/
Goodluck !

Yesterday I was at the Bangkok bank (Second Road) and it was confirmed to me that no more visa cards would be issued. In the future there will only be Union Pay cards.

Can I ask you, what do you mean with ' through membership of a club here' ?

I do not know the details and I may be wrong but somewhere (and some time ago) I read that the Chinese seem to have a considerable interest in this bank. They therefore can set rules....

I am using a ZTE 933DCA. The device is unlocked and can therefore be used with any simcard. Note that it was bought appr. 6 months ago in Manilla (tax free for appr. 1.000 baht) and are not for sale in shops in Thailand. They can however be bought via Lazada /Alibaba etc.
-
The device is used by 3 - 6 people during the whole day. One 'serious' user with a laptop and the other people with telephones for facebook, games and youtube (songs, soaps and mor lam). There may be a limit but so far never had a problem. Note that I do not use Netflix or the likes.

When I am out in the sticks I am usually using a pocket wife. Currently I am having a one-two-call simcard. This is 4-G and unlimited for 100 baht per week. The speed of data transmission is for me acceptable (keeping in mind the location where I reside). The provider to choose is depending on the location (not all providers have the same coverage everywhere).

Part of the loss would currently be possibly compensated by the increase of the price of land.

Was expecting a lot of answers ....

If you really want these items I would recommend going to Ruangthai Buriram. They have it all (including good advise and guarantee).
